This image is my experimentation and completion of a vector image in Adobe illustrator. This image of my, reflects my personality, outwardly. I aimed to capture the essence of my features, and who i was, yet encompass an unsettling and quirky feel to it. I achieved this with the use of contrasting and unexpected colour to portray a 'pop art' feel. Lady Gaga's alienistic approach and style was a main contributing inspiration to this. Each detail provided is reflected and derived from original photographs of myself. The detail is most shown in the eyeball and eyebrow colour pixels
First vector made entirely with my Wacom graphics tablet, and for a change done entirely in straight lines.
trying to figure out which one of these to use. Im not even sure if you can tell the difference. please let me know. The vectored version obviously is cleaner, but may not hold as much of a hand drawn aesthetic as the scanned version. Thanks for looking.
