A Value-Oriented Youth Awareness Programme by Ramakrishna Mission, Jalpaiguri, in collaboration with Ramakrishna Math (Yogodyan), Kankurgachhi, from 15 - 25 May 2018

In this black and white photo, you can see that there is a clear representation of value. The photo has some places where there are some mid tones between the darker colors and lighter colors in the picture. If you look at the wall nearby the cars, you can clearly see a transition between darker and lighter tones. This photo would clearly represent the element of value in some form or another.

Respect is one of our values taught in term 2 and continued each term with a new value

The element of art of this photograph is value, as there is a large variety of vibrant pinks and purples from these flowers. The aspect of this photo I believe is the most visually striking would be the different flowers and how they blend together.

My Avian Jewels are my attempt to preserve nature's artistry and call attention to the inscrutable beauty and value of all bird eggs and their environment. The beautiful and ephemeral nature of a bird's reproductive process has inspired me to devote my energy to making these jewels for the purpose of a more permanent collection, thereby supporting conservation and hopefully the preservation of the bird species.

Lucy, John James Audubon's devoted wife, supported his famous paintings of birds. Likewise, the Avian Jewels family supports conservation and education through bird egg replication. The incredible beauty of all bird eggs is surpassed only by the sublime purpose of preserving the species.

The C. E. Blevins Avian Learning Center's mission is to provide an educational experience based on the biology of wild birds. Making use of C. E. Blevins's collection of bird egg replicas, we will tailor our avian biology lessons to both the elementary and adult student. With the addition of outdoor interpretive areas, we hope to become a unique and enlightening resource regarding migratory birds.

We would love to hear from you.
