Tornare, dopo una lunga assenza. Gli esili forzati finiscono per stancare - o sono i giorni, grazie a Dio, che estenuano i ritmi delle palpitazioni e la nausea dei sentimenti (norme ordinarie, che fatichiamo ad accettare: il banale sopravvivere a sé). Dunque la luce assume una dimensione propria e indipendente, nei sotterranei della città che non si riesce a dimenticare, e un significato anche più spaventoso del buio in cui, per troppi mesi, si è auspicata la salvezza - si dice che purifichi, la luce; a terra, infatti, le nostre ceneri attendono di essere calpestate.

Una serie di foto scattate fuori ed all'interno del Castello Malaspina-Dal Verme, a Bobbio (PC).
I primi lavori per la costruzione della fortezza risalgono al XIV° secolo, l'ultimo restauro al 1975.

Il complesso abbaziale del monastero si compone di numerosi edifici: la Basilica e la piazza San Colombano, il corridoio-cavedio con l'abitazione abbaziale, il chiostro interno con il Museo della Città e i giardini interni, il Museo dell'Abbazia nella zona dell'antico Scriptorium di Bobbio, il porticato con il giardino di Piazza Santa Fara, l'ex chiesa delle Grazie e vari edifici diventati oggi privati o rimasti pubblici come le ex carceri ed il tribunale oggi ostello.

A view of Brugneto lake, Italy.
Situated inside the Antola Regional Park, among the municipalities of Propata, Torriglia and Rondanina, the lake of Brugneto is an artificial basin built in 1959. A fresh-umid climate surrounds the place, ideal to do autumn excursions when the lake shores magically become red. The lake deserves to be visited for the flora and the fauna that surround it.
The astonishing Brugneto's Lake, all things considered, is one of the most frequented Val Trebbia touristic attractions. In fact, there are several excursions' tracks which will let you do the ring road some metres far from the water, immersed in a very relaxing and picturesque environment.

Il castello Malaspina-Dal Verme di Bobbio è una possente costruzione quadrangolare situata all'interno dell'abitato, in posizione elevata nella parte alta del paese e sopra al parco omonimo. È inserito nel circuito dell'Associazione dei Castelli del Ducato di Parma, Piacenza e Pontremoli.

Giovedì giornata uggiosissima, piovigginava ...
proprio una giornata da pernici.
Mi hanno regalato una bellissima giornata fotografica.
Un gruppo nutrito, con rappresentanti di almeno tre classi di età, compresi i pulcini visti a luglio ma ormai cresciuti.
Osservandole ho notato una cosa bellissima; sono discrete chiaccherone e quando mangiano ci sono almeno due anziane immobili che vigilano ai bordi della zona di pastura.
Incredibile ! Sanno leggere e scrivere.
Nel fine settimana non ho sentito i cacciatori, meglio così, troppo belle per finire in una bisaccia .....
Partridge under the rain
Thursday, was a very stinking day, it was a partridge day.
They gave me a lot of pictures.
The group is numerically fed, with representatives of at least three age classes, including chicks seen in July but now grown.
Observing them I noticed a beautiful thing; when they eat there are at least two elderly stills that watch over the edges of the pasture area. Incredible! They know how to read and write.
This weekend I have not heard the hunters, better this way, too beautiful to end up in a bag .....

Bobbio reflections puddle
Piccola città di origine romana, Bobbio si trova nella media Val Trebbia.
Il territorio, abitato fin dal neolitico e con insediamenti celto-liguri, divenne romano nel 14 a.C. e nel IV secolo sorse il primo nucleo del borgo di Bobium. La sua storia si identifica soprattutto con quella dell'Abbazia di San Colombano fondata nel 614. Nell'alto medioevo l'abbazia ebbe un ruolo politico, religioso e culturale importante, i suoi possedimenti, fin dall'età longobarda e carolingia, spaziavano in zone del nord d'Italia. Nel 1014 ebbe il titolo di Città, divenendo Diocesi e Contea, prima indipendente poi sotto il Ducato di Milano, ed infine sotto i Savoia. Libero comune dall'inizio del XII secolo, combatté con la Lega Lombarda contro il Barbarossa a Legnano. Provincia genovese fino all'unità d'Italia, fino al 1923 fu parte della provincia di Pavia, poi passò alla provincia di Piacenza. Fu sede vescovile fino al 1986.

Bobbio is located in the heart of Val Trebbia, a valley described by Ernest Hemingway as "the most beautiful in the world". The town is nestled at the foot of Monte Penice, 1,460 metres (4,790 ft) above sea level, on the left bank of the river Trebbia. Its history is identified with the Abbey founded in 614 by St. Columbanus an Irish missionary, and as a result it became one of the principal centers of religious culture in medieval Italy, home to a famous library and basilica. The possessions of the abbey in the Lombard and Carolingian eras spanned the north of Italy. Bobbio is a coveted tourist destination known for its history of art and culture, for nature lovers, and for its ancient monuments. It has from antiquity been a crossroads between different cultures such as the Piacentine, Ligurian, Piedmontese, and Pavian. The historical center and heart of the city has maintained the characteristics of the medieval village. One town landmark, the Ponte Vecchio, called Ponte Gobbo (Hunchback Bridge), also known as the Devil's Bridge, is an ancient stone bridge of Roman origin, which crosses the river Trebbia in eleven irregular arches.
