Shell (Snail)
For Macro Mondays -5letters
The subject is something that has five letters in its name. I went looking for a Snail but could only find this empty shell in the garden.
I saw this scene the night before but it was too late and the light was gone – so returned the next night.
This marina is just as you enter Antelope Island and people just drive past – but this a rich area for photographs. There is a gravel road that leads to the jetty in the background and also the beach.
This shot was taken after a California seal lion had disappeared into the pool for a fish!
Nothing added. Nothing taken away!
Looking for a sturdy stone cottage, no windows, no roof (potential to build upwards) and no front wall (panoramic views), then look no further. This renovator's dream, complete with car (needs some work) may be just what you're looking for. Situated in quiet rural Silverton, this property is available for immediate possession.
If you want no neighbours, no phone, no electricity, no town water, no sewer, no school, no garbage collection, no street to speak of and no street lighting. If you're looking for plenty of space for the kids to play, room for a garden and just 40 Km to the shops, then look no further, it's all here for you in Silverton.

Found this great little building while driving through the countryside. Someone had a good sense of humor and added the vacancy sign to it. Merged the HDR manually and used Nik Color Efex for part of my post processing. Enjoy!
I tried to get a picture of this when the baby birds was in it but couldn't get a clear picture because of all the leaves and now it's fall and you can see it clearly but theres no birdies so heres a vacant nest open to a nice birdie that like a sky view...LOL!! Have a wonderful day all!! Love and hugs!!
For Macro Monday - Shell
An empty Snail Shell in the garden. 25 mm in diameter.
Way behind today so will catch up as soon as I can.
Happy Macro Monday!
Recent evenings on my drive home I have been admiring a Yellow Trumpet Vine gone absolutely rampant in a local vacant lot. My fellow Hereios have challenged us – “NEVER COME HOME EMPTY HANDED.” I thought a little bouquet would brighten things up. I got a little more than I bargained for, though. If you look closely you’ll see I also brought home some little visitors, so my bouquet is brightening up the front porch outside.
