Eher zufällig konnte ich die beiden Gmeinder Loks mit einem Stahlzug von Ilsenburg nach Hütte Süd bei Abbenrode aufnehmen.

Daarna de leger ertstrein. Naast DB cargo rijdt ook de VPS ( lege ) ertstreinen tussen Hamburg en Beddingen.

 

Aan het einde van de middag komen hier de VPS 185 530 & 516 aangereden met de lege ertstrein en passeren hier Peine en gaan zo verder "omhoog" richting Hamburg.

Eigentlich kennt man die VPS 186er rund um Hamburg eher vor den Erzzügen nach Salzgitter; hier mal 186 126-9 mit Containern aus Altenwerder auf der KBS 110 Richtung Lüneburg

Een trein die je op traject ziet zijn de ertstreinen van VPS. In dubbeltractie zijn de VPS 185 506 en 185 511 met onder andere fals'n door de boog bij Woltorf.

Variable pixel size VPS (Variable Pixel Size)

  

Foveon X3 has another interesting feature - it can change the size of the pixel (in the future, this technology will be called VPS). The VPS technology opens up new horizons for the cameras and cameras they are installed in. The uniqueness of the technology lies in the fact that the matrix can change its resolution by combining signals from several pixels into one, which allows us to perceive a group of pixels as one large pixel.

 

For example: a sensor of 2300 x 1500 pixels contains approximately 3.4 million pixels. If we combine all the pixels in 4 × 4 pixel groups using VPS technology, we would end up with a matrix of 575 × 375 pixels, but each of them would be 16 times larger than the nominal pixel. This would significantly increase the amount of light received by one pixel, and inevitably would lead to an increase in the sensitivity of the Foveon X3 matrix.

The most common possible configurations of pixel groups are:

2 x 2 pixels

4 x 4 pixels

1 x 2 pixels

 

Management of groups of pixels occurs through a complex scheme integrated into Foveon X3

 

Because Foveon X3 fixes the entire portion of the visible range at each pixel location, the pixels in the merged groups are full-color "highest-quality pixels."

 

Pixel grouping increases the "Useful signal / Noise ratio", allowing you to take full-color shots in low light with minimal color distortion. Thanks to VPS technology, it became possible to increase pixels, reducing their total number and resolution

 

Lakhta. This small village on the northern shore of the Gulf of Finland, about 15 km north-west of the city, is the birthplace of human settlements on the banks of the Neva. It was in the territory of Lakhta that the remains of a man’s camp of three thousand years ago were found.

In official documents, the settlement named Lakhta has been dating since 1500. The name is derived from the Finnish-language word lahti - "bay". It is one of the few settlements that has not changed its name throughout its 500-year history. It is also known as Lahes, Lahes-by, Lahes and was originally inhabited by Izhora. In the last decades of the 15th century, Lakhta was a village (which indicates a significant number of its population) and was the center of the same name of the Grand-Ducal volost, which was part of the Spassko-Gorodensky pogost of Orekhovsky district of Vodskaya Pyatina. In the village there were 10 yards with 20 people (married men). In Lakhta, on average, there were 2 families each, and the total population of the village probably reached 75 people.

From the marks on the fields of the Swedish scribal book of the Spassky Pogost of 1640, it follows that the lands along the lower reaches of the Neva River and part of the coast of the Gulf of Finland, including Lakhta Karelia, Perekulyu (from the Finnish "back village", probably because of its position relative to Lakhta) and Konduya Lakhtinsky, was granted royal charter on January 15, 1638, to the possession of the Stockholm dignitary, General Rickshulz Bernhard Sten von Stenhausen, of Dutch origin. On October 31, 1648, the Swedish government granted these lands to the city of Nuena (Nyenskansu). With the arrival of the Swedes in the Neva region, Lakhta was settled by the Finns, who until the middle of the 20th century constituted the absolute majority of the villagers.

On December 22, 1766, Catherine 2 granted the Lakhta manor, which at that time belonged to the Office of the Chancellery from the buildings of palaces and gardens, "in which and in her villages with yard people 208 souls" to her favorite, Count Orlov. Not later than 1768 Count J.A. Bruce took possession of the estate. Bij Peine zijn op 27 augustus 2024 de VPS 185 530 en 185 510 onderweg met 5 DB Falns'en en een lange sleep Innofreight Rocktainers onderweg van Beddingen naar Hamburg.

Verkehrsbetriebe Peine-Salzgitter rijdt dagelijks meerdere ijzererts treinen tussen Hamburg en Salzgitter waar enkele grote staal fabrieken gevestigd zitten. Enkele van deze erts treinen rijden met fraaie wagensets van Innofreight.

Daarna kwamen er 2 wel smerige locomotieven aan.

Met de lege ijzerertstrein aan de haak, welke dit keer een Falns achter de loc had, passeert hier het geheel de omgeving van Peine en gaat zo verder richting Lehrte en Hamburg.

De Verkehrsbetriebe Peine-Salzgitter rijdt dagelijks een bonte trein tussen Peine en Ilsenburg. Deze trein rijdt in de ochtenduren en doorgaans met een Blue Tiger. Op maandag 4 juni 2018 werd daarentegen G1700-lok 1701 ingezet. In de avonduren rijdt de trein vanuit de Harz terug naar Peine en passeert daarbij Woltorf, kort voor de eindbestemming.

 

Dagelijks rijdt VPS (Verkehrsbetriebe Peine-Salzgitter GmbH) een kolentrein over de route Hannover - Braunschweig, volgens bijschriften bij andere foto's rijdt deze trein tussen Hamburg-Hansaport en Beddingen.

Op 17 juli 2018 waren de 186 245 en 247 met zo'n kolentrein onderweg bij Wierthe, helaas met de "verkeerde loc" voorop.

VPS 159 266 wird am 22.03.2025 mit einem schweren Kohlezug nach Beddingen in wenigen Augenblicken Burgdorf durchfahren.

 

Diese Leistung wurde jahrelang von zwei Loks der Baureihen 185/186 in Doppeltraktion gefahren, nun reicht eine EuroDual aus.

Normalerweise ist dieser Zug mit einer G1700BB der VPS bespannt. Am 13.06.23 war dies mal wieder abweichend etwas anders. Auf der Hinfahrt noch mit einer G6, der 602, fuhr die Rückleistung nach Salzgitter Hütte-Süd die 602 zusammen mit der 605. Bei langsam untergehender Sonne, wurde das Pärchen am „Kombinatsblick“ zu Ilsenburg festgehalten.

Daarna kwam de Verkehrsbetriebe Peine-Salzgitter GmbH, beter bekend als VPS :), weer aanrijden.

 

De bestickerde 185 511 passeert hier de omgeving van Peine met een beladen staaltrein vanuit Beddingen.

De trein was een flinke mix van Captrain, Nacco, ERR en OnRail wagens en gaat zo verder richting Lehrte en eindbestemming Hagen

VPS 185 514 met trein 69396 Beddingen - Hagen Gbf.

  

Na de Captrain 185 kwam VPS aangereden met een gemixte staaltrein, welke bestond uit OnRail, Nacco en Captrain Shimmns.

 

Hier paasseert het geheel Peinen en gaat zo verder richting Lehrte en Hagen.

Designed and manufactured in Saitama, Japan by NKG Ocean (Nichiyu Giken Kogyo Co.), the Vertical Profiler System (VPS) consists of a seafloor platform and a tethered float. A winch on the platform raises and lowers the float, which bristles with instrumentation for monitoring salinity, temperature, dissolved gases and nutrients, ocean currents, plankton and fish concentrations and marine mammal movements.

 

The VPS will be positioned at a depth of about 400m. Cable spooled on the platform is long enough for the float to extend to the surface, allowing scientists to capture data throughout the water column.

De voor VPS ( Verkehrsbetriebe Peine-Salzgitter GmbH ) rijdende blauw-grijze traxx’n 185-CL 006 / 185 506 – 3 / 5618 ( met bestickering ‘VPS Verkehrsbetriebe Peine-Salzgitter’ ) + 185 512 – 1 / 5617 zijn op 20 september 2024 met een sleep Innofreight-Rocktainers ( met opschrift ‘Salzgitter AG’ ) type Sggmmrrs in diverse kleuren onderweg vanuit Hamburg Waltershof (D) naar Beddingen (D) en passeren hier vlak achter Wierthe (D), tussen Hannover (D) en Braunschweig (D), met op de achtergrond de suikerfabriek Nordzucker AG.

Niet bijzonder op deze locatie, maar naar mijn idee wel altijd een foto waard zijn de ertstreinen van VPS. Hier zien we de 185 506+185 511 onderweg van Beddingen naar Hamburg (Waltershof Alte Süderelbe).

Een week na de trip naar het Maindal werd er weer koers gezet naar Duitsland. Iets wat al een lange tijd op mijn "to-do-list" stond was de Rollbahn, en laat nu net in de periode van 20-2-2017 tot en met 13-4-2017 er werkzaamheden zijn op de lijn Wunstorf-Bremen waardoor het één en ander omgeleid wordt via de Rollbahn. Tussen Wunstorf en Bremen worden er namelijk "Lärmschutzanlagen" geplaatst en zijn er omvangrijke werkzaamheden aan het spoor. Voor de meeste treinen houdt dit in dat ze omrijden via Wunstorf-Minden-Osnabrück om zo uiteindelijk in Bremen te komen, alhoewel er ook omleidingen zijn via Lehrte-Uelzen en Maschen. Dit wetende werd er na Stirpe gereden, een stek waar kort geleden flink is gesnoeid. Nadat BoxXpress was gemist, werd VPS wel vastgelegd met haar 185 514. VPS rijdt wel vaker staaltreinen dus is het geen verrassing dat de 185 514 ook hier een staaltrein aan de haak heeft. De 185 514 is enkele jaren geleden in dienst geweest bij TX Logistik, iets wat nog steeds zichtbaar is aan het grote gemaskeerde vlak op de zijkant. Stirpe, 31 maart 2017.

Am längsten Tag des Jahres war VPS/ELP 159 266 mit dem Leerkalk aus Beddingen nach Blankenburg/Harz bei Langenstein unterwegs.Im Schlepp wurde auch noch HVLE Tiger V330.8 (250 009 )mitgeführt. 21. 06.2025
