Hanna Tuulikki is a Finnish-English vocalist, musician and artist, born in Sussex, who is involved in the Nalle (Finnish for "teddy bear") and Scatter musical projects, and has also contributed to the One Ensemble of Daniel Padden. Her vocals have been compared to those of Joanna Newsom and Björk on occasion.
The beautiful and talented, Christina Amati was kind enough to let me get a quick picture of her, with my iPhone, during our break at a show we performed at, Delilah Supper Club here in Las Vegas.
At the Poetry Jazz Cafe, the performance was a party as it always is, when Quincy Bullen is involved. There were probably twice as many people in the tiny club, as allowed (pssst). Something, which would seem unthinkable in post Covid19 world.
Quincy Bullen has been a fixture at Beaches Jazz, Markham Jazz and Kensington Festival, at least since I have been coming. I have first time seen Quincy in 2011 in Unionville.
Quincy went to High School in Markham and his father Eddy is respected Toronto musician and composer, so the apple did not roll far. Many times they even play together. This time even his cousin played as he was visiting from Grenada.
Quincy is vocalist and entertaining keyboard player and he chooses his repertoire wisely.

The Tricolored or Louisiana Heron does not swim but wades in deep water. Audubon called this bird "Lady of the Water" because of its grace and beauty. It resembles the Great Blue Heron but is much smaller and more delicate. Its white belly clearly distinguishes it from all other Herons. It strides briskly through the water, sometimes running after fish and catching them with a thrust of the bill. This action is so fast that it can only be caught with a shutter speed of 1/4000th of a second! Their chicks have a reddish coat but turn blue with age. The name Louisiana Heron is very misleading because
it also lives in coastal states from North Carolina to Texas, and especially in Florida. ~ A Very Elegant Bird ~ Fun To Observe
I’ve played a lot of gigs with this talented artist. This phot was taken at a recent performance a Bimbo’s 365 Club in San Francisco.

Music does something to the molecules. I think that music is one of the only things that really collectively can change the molecules in all of us and gosh what an immense blessing to be able to have that impact on people. (reference to the healing power of music)

Music magically makes a difference in everyone's life. It is the fire that drives on and gets us through our rougher, harder times.

The beautiful , voluptuous and talented, Stephanie Walsh, let me shoot a quick photo of her before our recent performance at, Maxan Jazz and Sushi, in Las Vegas.
Held On Till May is a post pop-punk band from Pretoria, South Africa, est 2015. With a band name inspired by the iconic Pierce The Veil, and originating from a country with an almost none existent alternative music scene, the bar has never been raised higher for these 4 guys.
