Otsisin, mis ma otsisin, aga korraliku rummikoogi retsepti, mis sobiks dukani dieediga ei leidnud. Retsepte on küll palju, kuid tulemus pole eriti sarnane. Samas, pole seal ju midagi rasket. Mõtlesin siis ise ühe retsepti. Iga üks võib omal tahtel seda täiendada ning miskit juurde lisada või ära võtta.
Pakun kahte retsepti, mida valida, otsustate ise. Ning rünnakust on antud retsept lubatud juhul kui kasutate 0-3% kakaod.
Retsepti autor: hundikene
2 muna
2 spl kaerakliisid
2 spl nisukliisid
1 spl glüteeni
1 spl proteiin izolaati
1 tl (7g) kakaod (Lisa 1)(kasutateds 0-3% kakaod, ei loeta seda Lisana)
suhkruasendaja
1 tl kuhjata soodat
150 ml 0% keefiri või 0% jogurtit
tsikape soola
rummi või konjaki essents (soovi korral ka kookose oma)
soovi korral kaneeli
50 g 0% kohupiimapastat
Munavalged eraldage munakollastest. Viimastele segage juurde kõik kuivained. Jahvatage jahuks kliid ning lisage hulka. Valage juurde 100 ml keefiri ja segage korralikult läbi. Vahustage munavalged tugevaks vahuks soolaga. Lisage ülejäänud segule vähehaaval ning ettevaatlikult läbisegades.
Küpsetage biskviit 180C juures 20-25 min.
Valmis biskviit jahutage maha ning murdke tükkideks. Purustage blenderis või sõrmede vahel peeneks puruks nagu pildil:
Puru sisse lisage ülejäänud 50 ml keefiri nign kohupiimapastat. Segage korralikult läbi, maitske järgi, kui vaja, lisage maitseaineid. Vormige palle, vorstikesi vms ning tõstke külmkappi 2-3 tunniks.

Lisade norm: 1 lisa juhul kui te ei kasuta 0-3% kakaod, 2 spl nisu- ja kaerakliisid = 1 päeva norm

The project was a joint community effort with the contribution of the students, families and staff members from VMS who prepared the goodies. CYSS also contributed and provided the transportation to and from the USO, and USO sent the treats to the Soldiers for the start of the Holiday season.
