Die erste Woche!
Die Woche war leider nicht so toll. Trotz gesunder Ernährung geht leider kein Gramm so richtig runter. Das liegt leider auch zum Teil am PCO und der Insulinresistenz.
Warum hemmt PCO die Fettreduktion?
Leider ist es so, dass durch die Insulinresistenz alles an Fett eingelagert wird. Die Verteilung des Insulins funktioniert nicht richtig. Die Überbrückung ist nicht da. Der Körper denkt, dass er dieses Fett noch gebrauchen kann. Da er nicht weiß, wann er das nächste Mal wieder etwas bekommt.

PSV 2014/2015:
PSV heeft met een 4-1 thuiszege op sc Heerenveen de 22ste landstitel in de wacht gesleept. De Eindhovenaren werden voor het laatst kampioen in 2008.
Van enige 'kampioenszenuwen' was bij PSV niets te merken. De ploeg vloog uit de startblokken en al in de derde minuut kopte Luuk de Jong geplaatst de 1-0 tegen het net. Met een prachtige vrije trap zorgde Memphis Depay voor 2-0 en Heerenveen leek een flinke aframmeling tegemoet te gaan.
De Friezen kregen geen vat op de snelle aanvallen van PSV, maar kwamen toch, uit het niets, terug in de wedstrijd. Op aangeven Stefano Marzo schoof Joey van den Berg van dichtbij de 1-0 tegen het net.
PSV bleef de betere ploeg en nog voor de rust bedroeg de marge weer twee treffers. Opnieuw was het De Jong die met het hoofd scoorde.
Heerenveen wenste zich niet neer te leggen bij een nederlaag en na de rust ging het duel aanvankelijk wat meer gelijk op. Sam Larsson schoot in kansrijke positie over, waarna Luciano Narsingh aan de andere kant van dichtbij hetzelfde deed. Had hij de bal teruggelegd, dan was PSV op 4-1 gekomen.
PSV werd gaandeweg weer sterker, al moest doelman Jeroen Zoet met een redding op weer een schot van Larrson voorkomen dat de zenuwen bij PSV alsnog zouden toeslaan.
Terwijl de titel steeds dichterbij kwam, nam het feestgedruis op de tribunes toe en bleef PSV zoeken naar een extra kers op de taart. Georginio Wijnaldum was er dichtbij met een kopbal en De Jong frommelde de bal ook bijna tegen het net.
Uiteindelijk was het Narsingh die uit een voorzet van Wijnaldum voor een passend slotakkoord zorgde.

How my week went preparing for my princess
Monday: Bring me The Meats- there was a BBQ in town so I decided to feed my hungry face & a very active Jyrni. I ran into a few neighbors who asked to rub my belly.. After 2 hotdogs, a bowl of fruit, 3 belly rubs & 1 dance shuffle I was over it and headed home to nap
Tuesday: Shopping- went baby shopping at blacs and found some cute little items. So happy my nursery and her clothing collection is officially complete and thank you to everyone who put money in her piggy bank at my baby shower
Wednesday: When I Seen Her Face- I had a drs appt to make sure she was healthy & looking good I even got a 3D pic of her. My sister raine & kaykay started being ghetto & picking up chairs so I had to pull my belt out & get em straight.. we left before the Dr reported it to CPS 😂
Thursday: Belly casting- This was a long & tedious process with this big belly. I tried so hard to do it on my own but after 2 long hrs I figured it out & danced my way into multiple contractions 😂😂
Friday: Yoga & Packing- I tried to relax as much as I could because contractions were happening more often. I called my dr & she told me to try to wait one more day but if they were coming closer together, then come in. She also told me
It was good to pack for the hospital because she can come any day now. I took this time to open all my baby shower gifts & catch up on reading this book I received from MamadueexHoodlem. Did y’all know that squatting opens a pregnant mothers pelvic outlet by 28% (2 cms)

Voici donc un dimanche aussi partagé que contrasté.
Matinée virile à Marckolsheim avec Victor pour les demi-finales de judo des benjamins du Bas-Rhin. L’an dernier, il avait remporté 1 combat et perdu les autres. Cette année, le nouveau Victor, plus beau, plus fort, a remporté 4 de ses 5 rencontres et il finit 3ème.
Après-midi féminine à Strasbourg pour un petit récital de danse avec Rose, mon petit rat à moi. Le père exemplaire que je suis a même réussi à rester éveillé jusqu’à la fin du spectacle ! Des fois, je m’épate…
