If you are looking for a public toilet in Ciudad de las Artes, Valencia, be aware that there are few and far between and they are hard to find. In a remote corner of the huge car park under the science museum, you can find a very limited numbers of public toilets. The lady in the wheelchair eventually refused to use those toilets because they were unfortunately so dirty. :-(
