This rose is from a bouquet I had a while back...I couldn't throw something this beautiful out. It's resting on a vintage book. I used Omni filters and I finished it with a texture (my own). The rose is a little dusty but hopefully that adds to the aged beauty effect! ;)

2/31: October 2021: A month in 31 pictures

It's been dull and rainy all day and I wasn't happy with anything I tried. So I had to resort to using flash, not something I like to do but needs must.

A vintage Ford Mustang takes a break.

A vintage farm truck has a tinge of rust in the sun.

For this macro challenge "wristwatches" this Sunday in the #macroMADEMOISELLE group, I took a vintage Zenith wristwatch, caliber 156 out at sunset, placed it on a book about Zeniths history, turned, of course, to the pages about the fourties and tuned this photo in vintage style with heavy grain and a white vignette.
