Work is mostly being done on the front of the VCU building. I took some 3D photos the other day of iron work.

Infrared is a tricky game. Especially when it's cloudy outside. And rainy.

I recently had one of my cameras converted full time to infrared.

I had a 590nm Filter installed by Kolari Vision.

I did some minimal post-processing, channel swapping and fiddling a little with the hue/saturation.

Seriously... there is no more fun way to immediately void the warranty on your camera. ;-)

The first three floors have been poured on the VCU Building. The second floor is wrapped with a tarp, and preparations are being done on the fourth and fifth floors for concrete. (I won't be able to view floors six and seven).

VCU's central campus area (Monroe Campus)

Located at the heart of VCU's Monroe Park Campus, the University Student Commons, known as "the Commons," is the campus center for daily activities and a gathering place for the university community. Offering lounge areas, meeting and event spaces, food, entertainment and a variety of services, the Commons is where students, faculty and staff come together outside the classroom.
