Today is not like before,
as God smiles from His throne.
His people, whom He's conquered,
bow and worship Him.
His people of today
are not those before.
Is God's work not for the present
and His glory?
Doubling His effort,
God's work is made plain
for a brighter tomorrow,
when His glory rests on man
whom He's created.

God makes this as the rule,
the principle of His work.
All who want to cooperate, rise up,
work hard for Him,
so more of God's glory
may fill the firmament.
Make the most of your talents
God gives for free.

All beneath His care
are loved and protected,
and share in each chance
to be used of God
through their talents He brings.
He maneuvers all things to work out

As the master of all things,
man manifests the glory of God.
God manages all to multiply
and burst with life.

Whooper Swans are distant and wary. Proximity to these magical creatures is rarely earned or deserved. Close knit family units they warily judge the human form.
Our Irish poets often refer to them in mystical opaqueness. So true. In their presence, a landscape breathes. Enlivened. Aware. Alert. Quiet is sharply invaded. But there’s a softness also to their utterance.
I vividly recall being in their presence when I took this photograph. They would usually fly. But I lay down in the water’s edge and they kept a distance.
Bridge of Sighs or Ponte dei Sospiri, connects the Doge's Palace to the prison cells in Venice. The sighs were said to be the last utterances of the condemned as they passed over.

- www.kevin-palmer.com - At the end of March, activity on the Sun increased drastically. A large grouping of sunspots unleashed more than 20 strong solar flares. A geomagnetic storm was the result. The timing couldn’t have been better, with it starting right after sunset on a crystal clear night. The ice recently melted on Tongue River Reservoir just over the Montana state line, so I went there to catch a reflection. Geese honked in the distance and waterfowl swooped invisibly over my head. At first there was only a green band to the north, with little movement. But that quickly changed. In a decade of aurora hunting, I’ve only seen reds like this one other time. Usually only the camera can see these types of colors. But these vivid reds were plainly visible to my eyes. It was one of those moments I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming, and utterances of ‘wow’ were almost involuntary. This solar storm hit hard and fast, and the aurora soon retreated north again. But I can’t wait to see what the Sun does next.

Almighty God says, "When Jesus came into the world of man, He brought the Age of Grace and ended the Age of Law. During the last days, God once more became flesh, and when He became flesh this time, He ended the Age of Grace and brought the Age of Kingdom. All those who accept the second incarnation of God will be led into the Age of Kingdom, and be able to personally accept the guidance of God. Though Jesus did much work among man, He only completed the redemption of all mankind and became man’s sin offering, and did not rid man of all his corrupt disposition. Fully saving man from the influence of Satan not only required Jesus to take on the sins of man as the sin offering, but also required God to do greater work to completely rid man of his disposition, which has been corrupted by Satan. And so, after man was forgiven his sins, God has returned to flesh to lead man into the new age, and begun the work of chastisement and judgment, and this work has brought man into a higher realm. All those who submit under His dominion shall enjoy higher truth and receive greater blessings. They shall truly live in the light, and shall gain the truth, the way, and the life."

We, were somewhere recently and heard a sound like a small dog barking, we looked around and could not see a dog but there was a crow, and as we watched him, sure enough, the sounds were coming from him and he looked quite pleased with himself. There is also one that hangs out in the tall cedars in our backyard that emits tropical birdlike utterances and of course there are always a few castanet players :)

when brian tells me suicide is the rational choice, it's time to seek professional help. i'm sorry if i scared anyone with my awful utterances. words shape worlds - the shame was festering & intolerable. just needed the weekend to grieve & bounce back, figure out how to sleep again.
One of my favorite slogans is the “never again” of the Jewish people. It is a cry of freedom and self-determination. It represents a clenched fist against the historic suffering of their nation and those who would find any kind of pretext to reenact it. It is a clear message to current and upcoming tyrants: The Jews will not forget the lessons of the holocaust and the grievous pain and humiliation endured by their ancestors, from Babylon to Auschwitz.
This has to be, however, the moment in history when it is the hardest to recite that beautifully rebellious slogan with any proud defiance. It so happens that the zealot whose political platform is all about keeping the people of Israel safe has miserably failed to deliver on that promise and is now at large trying to save face by bombing civilian households and condemning another nation to deprivation and famine.
Oh how difficult it is to say “never again” as the bombs fall and Palestine suffers. Oh how callous does that beautiful utterance sound when the people who know firsthand what it is to be deprived and brutalized stay so quiet while their home-made tyrants deprive and brutalize the tribe next door. Oh how dirty does it feel to recite those two words when the zeitgeist seems to show that all the pain and deprivation endured by the Jewish nation across history has not resulted in the right amount of compassion for the other Semites across that ever expanding imaginary border. #ceasefirenow #gaza

August 15, 1947, the most important day in the history of India, the day when the long suppressed nation found utterance, it was the day when India got independence from the British rule. The stroke of the midnight brought with it a ray of new hope for India, as our first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru said, the world was asleep but India awoke to life and freedom. This is the utterance of a faith which triumphs over contradictory circumstances and contradictory experiences.
Believer in Jesus, bear in mind that this "nevertheless" stands firm for you also, whatever may be the "although" of adverse circumstances and experiences you put before it.
Because of the covenant faithfulness of Him in whose hand of grace and love you are, you can truly say:
"Although I am weak and helpless, nevertheless I am continually with You."

Today is Indias Independence day and I thought it will be apt to quote directly from the speech made by our first Prime minister. This was a special picture for me, as it was the first time I experience d a double rainbow. This shot was taken on our drive to Mono Lake, in fact after taking this shot two more rainbows showed up just for a couple of seconds.

Three interesting days of viewing impressive big prints show by Eyes of Madras 4.0 Photo Exhibition of The Chennai Photowalk Group, ended today (11.12.2022) with certificate distribution function.
It turned to be a grand event and hundreds of participants with their families took part and the Arts Houz , Nungambakkam, Chennai (Madras), India which became a galaxy of young photo artists. They were in exuberant mood with gleeful faces greeting each other and viewed the exhibited photos.
Personally I enjoyed their joyous utterances which knew no bounds.
Kudos to the team of Balasubramanian.G.V, Harihara Subramanian.V, Ramaswamy.N, Naveen Kumar and Arun Chandrasekaran as they have planned for the last three months and done it well.

What's the big deal about talking to yourself anyway? I mean, you're probably doing it in your head constantly, why not verbalize it from time to time?
So, now that you all know that I'm certifiably insane (I know you all wondered about it but weren't quite sure... ;-) I just was messing around with my camera.
