Contrary to my typical cynicism, I can't believe I'd actually have to wait an hour to get a new license photo. Wish they had a webcam or a live blogger to confirm this.
It's a trust issue. This is the same web site that had me submit my credit card info before informing me I had to renew my license in person because my photo's too old.

Intégration Services Santé offers three levels of intervention which are addressed to very different targeted clienteles. Therefore the developed information architecture segments these three sectors to allow users paths to be better directed and simplified. The chosen visual is very human and focuses on the institution's staff. It releases a warm and reassuring discourse that is welcome in a context of health cares.
