As part of the 5th FLOSS Usability Sprint Event, on Thursday, November 11, 2007, Oracle Applications User Experience hosted the Open Source Applications Foundation on their Chandler Project. Oracle UX designers and usability engineers helped Chandler prepare and run a usability pilot test on their product. Goals:

* Create proper usability testing script which Chandler can use for future and further testing purposes.

* Run a pilot session with 2 participants.

* Introduce Chandler development to formal usability testing process, inculding process and benefits

Today is a day I’ve been looking forward to for 3 years. I am going to present you the latest innovation of my team: the ability to travel in the mind of users in order to gain a better understanding of what’s going on.
