“The Apple I computer was designed by electronics hobbyist Steve Wozniak. It was sold for $666.66 and included only the main board and the manual shown here. The purchaser needed to provide a power supply, keyboard and monitor. Users came up with innovative “cases” for the board, including plywood boxes and off-the-shelf briefcases!”

Rainbow Bricks LEGO User Group presented the 3rd annual Newcastle Brickfest.
There were over 30 exhibitors from around NSW and the creation they brought were amazing. The standard of exhibits has really improved over the years.
There was a 10 meter long city layout with working trains and trams. The city had an airport and zoo for the attendees to enjoy.
Another popular item was the Classic Space diorama which many Dads loved and remembered from their childhood.
On the Saturday we were joined by members of the 501st and Ghostbuster cosplayers.
The very popular build area was full all weekend of children building their own creations.
The event ran very smoothly and was a joy to exhibit at.
