I unpacked more than half of my boxes today, and put the bed into the corner alcove so it didn't dominate the room. After all, this is the sum total of my living space, it shouldn't just be a bed with some stuff around it. Eventually I hope to have a couple of chairs and a table in the rest of the room. And some big bookcases.
Oh, and those awful paintings above the bed will have to go. Very soon.

Have been packing, carting and unpacking boxes and bags to the new house for days now, before the BIG move of the furniture. Only two days to go!
Then I think I will just collapse for a week!
I painted the interior of my barrister's bookshelves. Quite happy with the results. My landlord gave me some of the paint he used for the walls.
Here is what's included in your new "MiWi Xtra" game console. Two "Geniecon" controllers, one wireless gamepad controller, a baseball attachment, a golf attachment, a tennis raquet attachment, and two ping pong attachments. The users manual is a joke...filled with mistranslated English.
Not pictured is the wireless "Soccer Transmitter", which the manual doesn't explain how to use.
Ok, so since Thanksgiving we have been on the go non stop. Granted, Papi's job has him all over the place, but we've done some traveling on our own as well. In the last 6 weeks we have gone:

As you can imagine we are tired and glad to be home. We will HOPEFULLY be stationary at least through Christmas and New Years. Then it will begin again. As to where we will go, we are not sure...but its sure to be an adventure, none the less.
As we arrived tonight, we were discussing unpacking tonight or not. Our personalities clash often in scenarios like this.
ME:
Hyper, headstrong...."let's get it done now!!! That way we can relax later." I'd rather work HARD for an hour and then relax for three.
RAY:
mellow, relaxed, head strong. "Take your time in what you are doing, relax don't rush. "
He's rather work at an easy pace and take his time getting things accomplished. Do the work over time and take it easy while getting the required work accomplished.
This can be difficult at times. We agree that this is one way we are so good for each other. He helps me to slow down, enjoy life and relax, while I encourage him to enjoy life at a slightly faster pace.
"It's all good!"
In the end the Yukon is still packed, and will be until tomorrow..
I got my figures today from my friend. I must say that these figures are truly amazing. The decaling is superb and the items that each figure came with are awesome. The med kit is really cool, I love the color of the syringe. The ammo clip that came with the rifle man really caught my eye. When I saw it I noticed that it had a flat end instead of a curved end like the black one. I really love the custom stand for the medic figure. Great job on both of these figures Will. 10/10
