The fish coming out of the hold. They were obviously cold as you could see water vapour coming off the pile of fish when they hit the warm humid air.

Looking down the line that supplies the pressurized air from the customer's blower unit (it is at the far end of the pipe, and to the right). The gauge in the center at a distance is what we have to monitor to ensure we don't plug up their system... I don't know exactly what the gauge is measuring, but we were not to exceed 7. I found 5 to be the least problematic.
