Unity Temple is a Unitarian Universalist church in Oak Park, Illinois, and the home of the Unity Temple Unitarian Universalist Congregation. It was designed by the American architect Frank Lloyd Wright, and built between 1905 and 1908

My mother and father first met here as teenagers in the early 1940s before my father went into the Army during the war.

I added this to literary groups because this was on a doorway to an alley in Mount Pleasant, MIchigan and it reminded me of the magic door in Steppenwolf by Hermann Hesse.

May 29, 2015 40th annual induction ceremony of Council for Unity held at Crest Hollow Country Club, Woodbury, NY. The fairy tale theme of the group is for youth to become Kings by slaying the dragon [their fears], as well as having a princess Chrysallia to unite the six kings who were former enemies thru the power of the magical rainbow-colored flower.

Unity Day activities included displays, demonstrations, artifacts and food sampling from different groups in 21 ethnic or cultural booths.
We made a White Russian for our unity cocktail. The three ingredients each represented different aspects of our relationship which, once combined, could never be separated.
