A small, but mighty exhibit on the Polish Solidarnosc movement.

Because I never attended Polish school, nor really got a history lesson- this exhibit in Union Square made me super proud and better informed.

The Temple of Poi, a fire dancing school in San Francisco, invited amazing fire dancers from all over the world to participate in the 5th Annual Temple of Poi Fire Dancing Expo in the middle of San Francisco's Union Square. The event was extremely well-attended and featured some of the most amazing fire dancing I have ever seen, including a guy dancing with flaming swords!

I'm not sure what malted milk hot chocolate is supposed to taste like, but this was...good. ...Yeah. I kind of know what malt tastes like. Maybe. I couldn't finish this cup. Drinking this and eating a whole cookie probably wasn't a great idea unless I only ate half of the cookie and drank half of this cup. Without the cookie I could definitely finish this. Susannah managed to drink a whole cup, but she didn't eat her whole cookie.
