One of Sam's favorite things on a hot day is soaking in cool water. He was so happy here.
We were all so hot yesterday on our jaunt to the Dearborn to look at land. We stopped at one of the river access points and let Sam out of the car. He headed right into the river and flopped down, held still for a long time just letting the cool water go by. He seemed to be just sighing and getting into the flow, calm, quiet and meditative.
I Just discovered this in a box that have been in a sellar/basement since i was 16, its a film positive, as i took it up i had to be careful not to get dirt all over me, it was full of fungus and moist, the funny thing is that allready back then when i made this series something went wrong with the film and they came out close to how it looks like now actually, i remember this week, it was a winther and there where rim frost everywhere and the trees and bushes where so amazingly beautiful, it meltet very quickly.
The series represent the world, what humanity and the world is going through, its my intention to create awareness with this art so the change wich is acuring now in the world will become alive aswell in the one who wiews.

Someone set out this beautiful border collie in rural VA when she was a puppy. She was all bones when she was found and rescued from a certain death. She has had a wonderful life and has received all of the love and TLC that she deserves.
Right after he'd had a bath, lying in the sun on the patio drying off and absorbing those solar rays. His coat always got curly when we bathed him.
Tonight we open Memphis the Musical at CM Performing Arts Center. This show has such an important message about defying all odds, unconditional love, and overcoming hate. I think the reason why our show has become so beautiful is because of this incredibly strong cast who understand the meaning behind the funky songs. It's truly a beautiful show! (also, much love to Gabby Farah & Leyland Patrick for helping me out with this shot!)
This lovely Lion-boy was having a nap that very warm and sunny August day!! His 2 Lion-girls were having a nap , too.. It was about 15:…….pm… I thought , that my kittens at home have a nap at about the same time… But the home of those unfortunate 3 was a Zoo… The Artis-Zoo of Amsterdam/ Holland….
Their “enclosure”=cage was not quite large, for those 3 adorable Felines , born free , and made to live/run free within huge distances… Again, that depressing Zoo-feeling filled my being….My son Nicholas beside me, was also very sober…
Oh, No!! Zoos have no reason to exist now-days in the way they exist!! They ALL have to be turned into Zoo-Parks! Where ALL animals will live in a semi-free condition!! I have seen twice in my life something like this , but WITHOUT all animals living in the same semi-free condition : in the “Cotswold Zoo-Park and Gardens” of the Oxfordshire/ England, and recently in the ”Safari Park” near Liège/Belgium…
