Fiel a la tradición, no sé qué pasa, pero empieza la época navideña y me da por instalar Linux, he vuelto a hacerlo, por tercera Navidad consecutiva. Primero empecé con Suse, y me cargué sin querer el Windows, así que tuve que salir adelante con los experimentos del Proyecto Fin de Carrera como pude en Linux. El año pasado me volvió a dar por instalar el nuevo Suse, a ver si me reconocía el Wifi, pero no lo probé casi. Y este año, cuando tenía el PC recien formateado, me ha dado por instalarme el kUbuntu, y la verdad es que estoy contento de momento.

Ubuntu 6.06 LTS, 7.04 for x86 and x86_64t. I haven't requested any free CD after 7.04... They are useless to me as I install from USB stick all the time, and they are not environment friendly.

The first stop on this year's culinary tour of the Napa Valley: Ubuntu. We ate lunch here on Sunday. It's a vegetarian restaurant with a yoga studio attached. Everything we ate there was really good and really pretty.

Ubuntu Package opened by Falchion

My order of 10 free CDs of Ubuntu Drapper Drake just arrived. I have already burnt and given out some copies, but it's nice to have a few of the official packaging to make it look more "polished".

A big surprise is the free stickers that was included. Now I just need to find stuff to stick them on. Where is a laptop when I need one?

Dah menjadi tukar Windows XP theme kepada Ubuntu. Cari theme Ubuntu dari website deviantart. Aku tukar theme, bootscreen dan logon sekali. Tukar semua ni guna tuneup styler. Wallpaper pun aku ambik dari web deviantart. Hmm aku rasa puas hati dengan desktop pc aku sekarang. Semalam aku customize desktop lappy aku ke Windows 7. Ok la juga dari standard XP. Sekarang ni aku masih tunggu cd Ubuntu yang aku shipit hari tu. Sampai nanti boleh aku cuba OS Ubuntu pula. Pc aku sekarang menggunakan LCD Viewsonic 19 inci saja. Aku beli dekat RM400 pada bulan 11 tahun lepas. Bulan depan insyaAllah aku akan upgrade proc PC aku ni. Proc AMD Athlon juga. Mungkin aku cari kat lelong.com.my ja. Sebab proc sekarang agak slow.
