More than 3100 people turned out for the No Kings 2.0 Rally in Vero Beach, Florida on October 18th, 2025. One of over 2,700 demonstrations that were held, with at least one protest in every state, and several taking place in other countries in support. This widespread participation highlighted the collective sentiment against fascism and the Trump Administration. Resist!
Didn't make it out to the one in 2018, but the scenes from the 2017 Women's march on Oklahoma seem just as relevant.

Apart for bus services in Sinagpore, the SBS Transit also operates the Sengkang LRT and Punggol LRT. The Sengkang LRT has 14 stations while the Punggol LRT has 15 stations. Both the LRT systems consist of East and West loops and are fully automated. They serve to provide Sengkang and Punggol residents a seamless transfer to NEL.
Cove LRT Station (PE1) is a light rail transit (LRT) station on the Punggol LRT Line East Loop in Singapore. It was opened in January 2005 together with the Sengkang LRT West Loop.

This is your sneak peak! Haha in the meantime, I might have a few posted on my personal blog:
Check them out!
Patti Smith at the Academy, Birminham, UK, 30th June 2004
Canon Powershot G2
I couldn’t help noticing that “People Have the Power” from the 1988 album “Dream of Life” has become the anthem of the new left in Greece, so I decided to dredge the depths of my external hard drives for some shots that I have never posted before.
I took these on my first digital camera, a Canon Powershot G2, all of four megapixels and a very annoying lag between pressing the shutter release and taking the shot. Despite the limitations I was quite pleased with the results at the time, and the look of them reminded me of the 3M 1600 ISO transparency film that I had used in the early 1980s to shoot a Stranglers gig.
Patti Smith is one of my favourite artists of all time. I bought the first album pretty much the day the first import copies hit the UK around December 1975.
I first saw her at the Hammersmith Odeon on 23rd October 1976, then at the gig where I took these photos, and once again at Wolverhampton Civic Hall on 26th June 2012.
Patti Smith is also a photographer and I particularly recommend Camera Solo which features her use of a Polaroid 250 Automatic Land Camera.

Ranging from the biggest alliance to the most intimate gesture: the theme of the project The Uniting Lightstar by Venividimultiplex is clearly friendship. To begin with we see from afar a multangular, luminous object. More precisely a dodecahedron, which, in its turn, consists of twelve pentagonal surfaces. That number corresponds with the number of stars in the European flag. Getting closer, you see numerous strings of blue light which connect all the points of this artificial star and which represent the continual relationships between the European countries and their inhabitants. The Uniting Lightstar contains another characteristic of friendship, namely the human capacity to boost friendships and let them grow. The sculpture has been positioned in such a way that it is part of both the boat route and the walking route and the festival’s visitors collectively control the intensity of the radiance of this diamant. With The Uniting Lightstar Venividimultiplex, an Amsterdam collective consisting of Onne Walsmit, Dirk Schlebusch and Joost van Bergen, wants to convey the essence of friendship in an iconic manner.

"There are many things to be shared with the four colors of man in our common destiny as one family upon our Mother the Earth." ~Traditional Circle of Elders, NORTHERN CHEYENNE
The Elders tell us the time will come when the four colors of Man will unite into one family. According to prophecies, we were told this would happen when the Sun was blocked in the Seventh Moon. There
was an eclipse of the Sun in July, 1991. We are now in a new Springtime called the Coming Together Time. Each of the four colors of man has knowledge that the other colors need to heal their families. Let us all be willing to sit in a circle and respect our differences. Creator, let me be willing to have an open mind.
