Pretty much the same as Meli's UI, a few changes in the notes.
If you've never played a healer class in a raid... we don't look much at what you all are fighting, we're furiously playing the game of "make the health bar to go the right while you're making it go to the left".
This is the worst example of user-unfriendlyness I've experienced in quite some time (and I see bad things far too often). Look at the notes on the screenshot to read my angry comments.
