A few animation and button updates to this experimental UI, shown here in "mystery meat navigation" mode.. Perhaps a small grid view with centered titles beneath may work well.

I love those things in UI. This time the command clearly means "nobody can view a translation project", and I'm pretty sure that I can make it so that "nobody can submit a translation"...
