For the interested who did not see the first five pictures of this serie:
This is my first visual tutorial about consciousness and awareness.
It is very easy because the pictures will speak for themselves.
Without words you will understand, what it all means.
Maybe you discover something very important for yourself... :-)))
If you like, ask yourself what you see and how you see.
This ist he last picture of the serie.

I was offered the opportunity to write a tutorial for Advanced Photoshop magazine back in January... at last it's been published.
The tutorial uses my WLTB™ urban flat shot to educate and inspire fellow Photoshop users into generating their very own architectural abstract images.
It's quite complicated... so don't say I didn't warn you :-)
ON SALE NOW :-D
The first of a series of festive tutorials I'm sharing on my blog this autumn/winter.
You can find the tutorial here:
bugsandfishes.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/how-to-felt-snowman-...
Open a photograph in photoshop and then.......
1) Duplicate the layer, for windows users, Ctrl J
2) Click on the new top layer. Change the layer blending mode to "color dodge".
3) Continuing to work with the top layer, select inverse, Ctrl I
4) DON'T be alarmed as the image will disappear (if not all, most of it)
5) Continuing to work with the same top layer, in your menu choose filter, blur, gaussian blur and set to approx 16.0 Choose high and low numbers so you can see the effect and choose what looks good to you.
6) you are done!!
If you want to make the lines and/or the image a little darker continue with this step.
1) Merge your two layers together. Duplicate the layer and with the top layer chosen change the layer blending to "multiply" and that will darken your creation.
Have fun and let me know if this has helped you.

The point is here, is the use of odd shaped brushes, you don't have to use brush 44, there are several sets that come with PS and many you can download. You can also draw a shape, select it, and define the brush youself.
Also DON'T FORGET TO DESELECT AFTER FILLING THE RECTANGLE WITH BLACK!!!!
Swimsuit for my daughter. Part of my commitment to buy USA-made or make it myself to avoid supporting sweatshops and child labor abuses. It's the first time I've ever made a swimsuit, and I'm happy that it fits her so well -- much better than any of her store-bought swimsuits ever have.

Mãos a obra!

This is some sort of tutorial on how I do my brick wall backgrounds. Though scrapbooking papers can give you a very realistic and easy brick background, sometimes I love to make a "real" wall with texture and color.
The wall is made out of styrofoam, the window is made of foamboard.
This is the cut wall with the window cutout and sketched lines for the layout of the bricks. Gigi and Holly are watching closely, Holly cuz she finds it interesting, Gigi taking care I don't make mistakes, of course... ; P
Simple tutorial of puff tessellation. Start from triangle grid 16 and make double sink in the middle of the paper. Step no 5 and 6 are not flat.
