KATHLEEN DUNCAN.September 25, 2009 - Jim Smith met the Wohlman family at the Amherst Town Hall today to take them on a tour of the town. The Wohlmans (left) are descendants of the founding family of Amherst. William Wohlman, his wife Jennifer Wohlman and their sons Barry and Edward all came for the tour. Robert Tuthill (right) also came along, he and his wife Jackie travel to all the Amhersts in the United States.
Susanna Golding Tuthill daughter of John & Rachael Tuthill, born 11th May 1765, died 20th July 1767 aged 2 years
Also Margaret their daughter, born 10th January 1767, died 8th March 1770 aged 3 years
And Rachael Maria their daughter born 6th April 1764, died 15th March 1770 aged 6 years
Also John Tuthill died July 13th 1801 aged 64 years and Rachael his wife died March 1st 1818 aged 74
Also daughter Sarah Elizabeth who died November 24th 1816 in the 17th year of her age
