This is a new addition to the BC Legislature lawn. The BC Fallen Fire Fighter statue was unveiled on February 13, 2013, created by "artist Dean Lauze (d'Arts - www.lauze.com).

Ths was 3 photos taken to compensate for the high dynamic range of the scene.
Nikon D600 and Nikkor 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6G lens at 28mm, 3 exposures at f/7.1, ISO 250, exposed between 1/1250 and 1/80 second. HDR merged in Photomatix Pro, perspective corrected (poorly) in Photoshop CS6, then basic exposure adjustments and blemish removal done in Lightroom 4.
