Hi everyone! Before I post some bigger medieval mocs which are really cool btw, I present to you, built for the Monthly Prompt of RebelLUG: True Identity. I'm so dissapointed in the photoquality which is really blurry, but still pretty proud of the edit, figure posing and the road. The prompt was 'Mirror'.
Let me know what you think of it below!
Today's prompt was True Colours. I listened to the song until about halfway through and switched it off. I decided there was nothing inspirational in there.
No, I had to change my thinking on this one. There is no such thing as a true colour. There is no true blue or red or yellow. Ultramarine blue tend to purple, as does Alizarin Crimson. Lemon Yellow tends towards green, and that's just the primaries. Once you get into secondary and tertiary colours it's just a big mess. So that was my starting point for today's sketch: My watercolour palette. Not one true colour in the box and as you will notice I ignore the teachers' warnings not to start mixing colours in the pots. I just go for it. All the colours in the box started out as tube colours, squeezed out into pots and they looked pretty for about a day, then as they dried, they darkened and that gets us to a whole new argument about True Colours. Maybe I'll be a bit "Happier" tomorrow!

Gandalf - Bilbo.
Biblo - Hmm.
Gandalf - Here, this is about your size.
Bilbo - I can’t take this.
Gandalf - The blade is of Elvish make which means it will glow blue when orcs or goblins are
nearby.
Bilbo - I have never used a sword in my life.
Gandalf - And I hope you never have to. But if you do, remember this: true courage is about knowing not when to take a life, but when to spare one.
Another edition to my 10x10 Lord of the Rings and Hobbit building series. This moc is a recreation of the scene where Gandalf gives Bilbo the sword known as Sting.
It seemed a hot day earlier in the week when we visited the Summerland Camel Farm (including dairy) in the Scenic Rim Fassifern Valley south west of Brisbane. I liked this shot of the two camels cozying up and way back behind them another two gazing on.
My wife Jenny took these two shots.
Some pink flowers that were on the side of my house♥ They were so lovely♥ I just decided to share it ^_^
Sorry for no pictures of my girls, it has been rainy and not a lot of sun T_T It should clear up soon though. I am also planning on another girl ^_^♥
It's life, isn't it?
in the air, in light, and the water sparkling bright
seeing nature unfurl before our eyes
circinate, as it once was
like hands opening to the world
finally...
we may wonder parabolically
recruiting ideals best suited to others-
those posturing lost souls
leading us? I think not...
make today recrudescent!
come along, astride me
eyes closed, the sky comes nearer
ears attuned, nature speaks
body loose, warm sunlight enraps you
safe, pure, true, it's all we were born to be
and so seldom recognised anymore,
a second more, please...
remember a single thing...
we, all...
are servants only
to the water reflecting life in light.

In summer time it can seem that every patch of woods in the eastern United States rings with the rolling song of the Carolina Wren. This shy bird can be hard to see, but it delivers an amazing number of decibels for its size. Follow its teakettle-teakettle! and other piercing exclamations through backyard or forest, and you may be rewarded with glimpses of this bird's rich cinnamon plumage, white eyebrow stripe, and long, upward-cocked tail. This hardy bird has been wintering farther and farther north in recent decades.
This is either an adult feeding a Juvenile or an adult Male, feeding an adult Female. I am going with the second one.
Either way it is "True Love".
All of this love being spreed in my backyard.

RosaNegra's Bohemian Square hides a new work of art called "True Nature” created by international artist Daniel Popper.
Daniel Popper is a South African artist who has left his mark all over the world with his incredible pieces, one of the most well known is Come to the Light in Tulum, Transmission in Joshua Tree in California and Thrive in Florida, to mention a few.
You know you are friends with a true legend when you are touring the Pan Am business train and see numerous high quality, expensively framed, exclusive MPP photos hanging everywhere, such as this example of the freshly out-shopped 352 at Waterville back in the early days of blue....hanging in the ST101 back in 2012.
Years of ultra top secret & highly elaborate missions, full cavity searches, and retina scans have produced some very nice images that are unattainable to your average Joe. There are CIA operatives who haven't worked this hard!
Nice work over the years MPP!
The leaves on the tree will display their true colors and then blow away;
But, the tree remains steadfast, faithfully waiting for the dawn of a new day.

I'll drown my beliefs
To have your babies
I'll dress like your niece
And wash your swollen feet
Just don't leave
Don't leave
I'm not living
I'm just killing time
Your tiny hands
Your crazy kitten smile
Just don't leave
Don't leave
And true love waits
In haunted attics
And true love lives
On lollipops and crisps
Just don't leave
Don't leave
Just don't leave
Don't leave
