Endlose Treppe
Versteckt in einem kleinen Hinterhof eines ganz normalen Bürogebäudes steht die ‘endlose Treppe’. Seit 2004 ist diese Treppe das Designobjekt – initiiert von der internationalen Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft im Stadtteil Schwanthalerhöhe. Der Künstler Olafur Eliasson hat schon für Highlights in der Metropole New York gesorgt (temporären Wasserfälle unter Brooklyn-Bridge) und für KPMG hat er seine Art von Kunst nach München gebracht. Die Treppe vermittelt einen endlosen Kreislauf von auf und ab und ist die einzige Treppe auf der Welt, auf welcher beim Auf- bzw. Absteigen nicht die Richtung gewechselt werden muss. Der Künstler nennt sein Kunstwerk ‚Umschreibung‘.

Hier ging Schlossherrin Henriete Tag ein, Tag aus in den Keller um zu schauen ob die Spinnen noch fleißig Weben. Wenn man genau hinschaut entdeckt man noch heute, 100 Jahre später, dass die Spinnen noch immer Fleißig Netze Weben.
Here chatelaine Henriete went day in and day out in the basement to see if the spiders busily weaving. If you look closely you will discover today, 100 years later that the spiders weaving nets Hardworking.

Auf der Jagd nach einem bestimmten Treppenhaus in der Brienner Straße fand ich zumindest noch das hier. Wo ich eigentlich photographieren wollte, stand am Eingang ein vornehm gekleideter Herr, der direkt bitte-keine-kameras auf den Lippen hatte, als er meiner gewahr wurde.
ENG: The Thon-Dittmer-Palais is located in the centre of the old town of the Upper Palatinate capital Regensburg in Bavaria and is part of the northern edge development of Haidplatz No. 8! The city palace with its neoclassical façade was built in two phases (1781-1785 and 1808-1809), combining two gothic castles. The four wings of the palace, two of which have arcades, are now a listed building in Regensburg.

GER: Das Thon-Dittmer-Palais liegt im Zentrum der Altstadt der oberpfälzischen Hauptstadt Regensburg in Bayern und ist Teil der nördlichen Randbebauung des Haidplatzes Nr. 8! Das Stadtpalais mit seiner klassizistischen Fassade entstand in zwei Phasen (1781–1785 und 1808–1809) unter Zusammenfassung von zwei gotischen Hausburgen. Die vier Flügel des Palais, von denen zwei mit Arkaden ausgestattet sind, ist mittlerweile ein denkmalgeschütztes Baudenkmal von Regensburg.
Diese Fotografie entstand auf der Fototour mit meinem Freund und Fotografen Dannis van der Heiden . Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage zusammen , mit viel Spass, guten Gesprächen und ein paar Fotografien. Ich würde mich freuen wenn ihr euch die Zeit nehmt und mal bei Dannis` grossatigen Stream reinschaut. Es lohnt sich.
