An old Chinese saying goes, “It takes ten years to grow trees but a hundred years to rear people”.
A tree on the side of the road on the Wicklow way.

When you visit Grafton during the Jacaranda season there are many streets lined with these purple trees. This is one corner of so many to choose from.
These trees are there to talk about the air pollution, about humans and their garbage on the beautiful green carpet of earth. They have to do something to save the planet.
Loving the autumnal/fall colors we are getting this year. I guess it must be due to all the dry sunny weather we get in Scotland.

This tree is located in my hometown, so I like to return to it every winter for some photos. Quite nice, isn't it?

this lone tree has a vintage partner near Lone Tree Corners,IL.The base of this tree was probably 4ft. across,making dating this tree to Civil War times(my guess totally!)....
