I went back to Holland Park the day after weather system Kyrill struck Europe. Yesterday it was good fun and fairly brisk, but didn't seem particularly dangerous, even though a couple of trees had fallen. However, they shut the park as I was leaving and it seems that a couple of forty foot trees had fallen down.
Part of me was glad I wasn't there, part of me wishes I'd seen them fall.
