This squirrel treefrog was one of 15 amphibians Jeff Hall and Mike Campbell collected for workshop attendees to identify during the amphibian identification overview.
This tiny little tree frog jumped up on my garage windowsill and was somewhow trapped between the windowscreen and the glass. I gave him his freedom, don't see them very often.........
Many treefrogs lay their eggs on leaves over small ponds as a protection against aquatic predators. When the eggs hatch, the larvae fall into the water and continue their development.
