Transwestern's Houston office launched its third annual TransForm Challenge on Friday, Feb. 8, 2013. The kickoff party included complimentary coffee and breakfast, t-shirts, door prize giveaways including an Apple iPad Mini, healthy lifestyle vendors including My Fit Foods, Crossfit, Smoothie King and Whole Foods. A representative from Hoopy Thoughts was also present, giving introductory lessons on hula hooping, a fitness class that will be offered to team members throughout the challenge.
In the four-month challenge, participants are weighed and measured by a third-party registered dietician. More than $5,000 in prizes will be awarded to contestants who transform their health the most over the four-month period. Informative events inlcluding educational lunches, fitness events and farmer's market tours are planned throughout the challenge to provide team members with additional information on living a healthy lifestyle.
This challenge is a part of a nationwide effort by Transwestern to improve the health and overall wellness of its team members. Each office will hold a wellness challenge unique to its office and team members to encourage living a healthy lifestyle.
Göreme o Goreme es el nombre de una serie de valles, y de una población de este valle, en la región de Capadocia en Anatolia central, Turquía. Se encuentra 12 km al este de Nevsehir (Nevşehir), y pertenece a la provincia del mismo nombre.
Cerca del pueblo, se encuentra el Parque nacional de Goreme (Göreme Milli Parklar), conocido también como Museo al aire libre de Goreme. Este parque nacional es quizás el territorio más famoso de todos los paisajes de Capadocia. El parque fue listado por la Unesco como Patrimonio de la Humanidad en el año 1985.[1]
Los asentamientos en el área comenzaron en los siglos III y IV, cuando los cristianos del período romano fundaron varios monasterios. Como la mayoría de las construcciones en Capadocia, no se trataba de edificios, sino de sitios excavados en la roca, en forma de cuevas artificiales. Aún existen restos de monumentos, capillas, alcobas, almacenes e iglesias, muchos de ellos decorados con frescos de los siglos XI y XII.
Fuera del Parque nacional, algunas de las cuevas continúan habitadas y hay unas cuantas que han sido transformadas en pensiones o pequeños hoteles.

Streak is the japanese version of Silverstreak or Bluestreak as he was called before.
It's a Prowl repaint, and it looks very good with the original scheme of the first g1 figures that came out in 1984.
