In Native American tales, the frog stands for transformation and growth. These meanings transcend into the spiritual world, where the frog symbolises cleansing, renewal, and the endless cycle of life and death.

This is a combined effort, of course. Three LED lamps. "I am now a fish", she said. There are many ways of keeping one's humour.

As you walk up and down the 138 steps of Frank Gehry’s staircase in the Art Gallery of Ontario, new geometric forms reveal themselves with every step. A photobook could be made with just photos of this staircase, but I will stop at these two three...

I originally saw a before and after 2 stage transformation a long time ago over at Fab Joue aux Lego's photostream I think it was about a year ago, just after I came out of my dark age. I thought it was over at ToyWiz but I was mistaken!

I decided to give it some NWC love and take this great idea to the next level. The release of the Monster Fighters Wolf man made the complete transformation possible. In my opinion it's one of the most under-rated themes in Lego. I guess I love it because it combines those old B-Movies with some Steampunk elements, two things which really press my buttons!!
Thanks for the inspiration Fab!

This is a good reminder. When I think of where and how I was just a few years ago and compare that version of myself to where and how I am now, I can experience more gratitude for the tribulations that helped me get to better understand my true self. Granted, I’m still learning about myself and how to best navigate life, but I’m learning how to honor my true nature and see the beauty rather than focus on everything *wrong* or *bad* or *ugly*. I just “AM”. The more *myself* I Am, the more beautifully and gracefully I transform. The easier it gets. I enjoy life more and can be more present. My experience and how I see life is what transforms the more I understand what and who I Am.

When we went to a waterfall here in North Carolina over the weekend, this stunning butterfly was undeterred by the crowds around it. I watched as it fluttered around little mini-drops of water on the rock next to the flowing water, sunning itself and sharing its vibrant colors with us all.

Let’s all be like this butterfly. Let’s show our true, exquisite, vibrant colors boldly while we do the things that make our experiences in life more nourishing and fun!
