I was always meant to wear dresses, even as a small child I wanted to wear them and be like the other girls. Eventually I got there and nothing makes me feel better then when I am looking good in a nice dress.
Thought I'd have a little fun with photoshop and create different scenarios that make you wonder if this was a good idea or not.

Scenario #3: Bridesmaid
My cousin got married last weekend. One of her bridesmaids got COVID so she was in a panic. She called me on Friday and was crying hysterically. I felt so bad for her. She wanted everything to be perfect.
I told her I'd do anything to help. There was a long pause, then she asked me.... What dress size are you?
She was so exited, how could I say no. She told me to meet her at the salon on Saturday morning.
Here's the photo from the wedding. That's me, 2nd from the right. Not bad, huh?
Everything seemed to go off without a hitch. But, I just got a text from one of the groomsmen. Wants to know if I'd like to have dinner this weekend.
What could go wrong, Right?
I haven't been out of the house in 6 days, and I've run out of bread & milk, so out I pop down to the local Tesco Express

Wrapped up warm to stave off the cold weather as I head toward Camden Market for a spot of browsing, as you do.
Feels very strange to be walking under the river. This is the long tunnel that connects the Isle Of Dogs with Greenwich where we are heading for lunch and a look around the Maritime Museum whilst wearing a nice comfortable dress.
Makes a change to wear some tight jeans and I feel no less girlie in them either I still think this is a very feminine look.
I am very fortunate in so much that London has many pretty parks where you cannot hear any road traffic, it is like being transported to the countryside. I also think if you are going to visit a pretty park you should do it in a pretty dress, I'm sure you would agree.
Taking a trip on the Emirates cable car that connects North Greenwich and the Royal Victoria Dock. Photo opportunities galore.
I have headed over to Westfields at Stratford yet again in pursuit of bargains and new pretty things for my wardrobe.
Once again it is that time of year and once again I want to thank all you girls and boys for your support with all your lovely comments and encouragement. I hope you all have a fabulous Christmas and a healthy, happy 2026.
Winter is definitely here so today is a day for a nice warm coat and thicker tights for sure. It will take more than a drop in temperature to stop this girl from shopping.

After a short Christmas break I have been called back into the office to deal with some urgent issues. I don't mind really as I will never tire of pulling on some nice tights, stepping into a pencil skirt and zipping it nice and tight around my waist.
With 37,293 views, 50 comments and 138 favourites this is my most popular pic by a clear mile.
Many things I don't like about the pic, partially missing feet, toilet in the background to name but two, but you know some pics just work others don't.
Taken on 20th Oct 2007 in a hotel in Manchester that has now closed down.

The best therapy out there is simply being true to yourself and being the person you are regardless of other peoples opinions. I love expressing my femininity and cannot wait to head off to meet up with girlfriends for lunch.
