For this Garden Fresh Salad Buffet in the Route 66 Casino we designed, manufactured and installed this aluminum valance structure suspended from the ceiling. The hanging structure has a brushed aluminum face and raised central area with a multicolored fruit and vegetable montage print. The Garden Fresh Salad lettering was pin mounted above the valance for ease of readability. The entire structure was lit using suspended track lighting to create a fresh and crisp atmosphere.
