The Killesbergpark is an urban public park of half a square kilometre in Stuttgart, Germany. It is just north of the state capital, where Killesberg is a quarter of the borough of Stuttgart-Nord. [Wikipedia]
A small train runs along it´s many "trenches" - a great idea enabling kids to play hide n seek, to read a book with less wind exposure in Autumn... really quite nice.

Fresh tracks were so easy to find. It was very rare we ever skied a line in which we could see any of our other lines, but the powder here was so darn good, we had to revisit this section. Amazing skiing!

Tracks made by a Green Sea Turtle on Kawa'aloa Beach, Molokai, Hawaii. The turtles land at night, then typically go back to sea before daylight. We arrived in the afternoon, so this turtle was probably long gone. This photo is a companion to the previous image in my photostream. The tracks are not visible from the cliff I was standing on as they are almost directly below my feet.
Single-arm, motorized barndoor tracker. Arm is twice the usual length for 1/4-inch drivescrew. Motor spins at 2 RPM, rather than 1 RPM. Goal is to reduce periodic error by doubling the size.
This barndoor tracker was retired about 2005, but the parts (other than the tripod and Wimberly gimbal mount) were still assembled until 2015. This mount was completely dismantled in July 2015. The long RRS camera bar is now part of a macro copy stand.
