This is the progress that I've made to the white crochet top that I'm working on - I've got to finish joining the motifs at the bottom and then add an edging to the top and bottom and after that I have about a gazillion loose ends to weave in.

Nearly three years ago, the BBC started reshowing past editions of the long-running chart show...starting from April 1976. When you consider that they were able to show an edition of the programme dated October 16 1973 two years ago, it makes you wonder why they couldn't start the archive run from then. But then again, it's for the best because, once a documentary on Jimmy Savile was shown, that was it. Just the one edition (with him presenting) from May 1977 was shown.
Anyway, I've raided my vast collection (built up over nearly three years) of screencaps (taken using iPlayer Desktop and presented via Paint Shop Pro) for this. Also taken from TOTP Story of 1976, it’s the TOTP logo from I’d say the mid to late 1960s, when the show was just a few years old, not to mention having more than one presenter
Well fucking better than the logos of later years!
Here's a closeup of the fringe. I decided to at least fringe one of the tops. This was easy to do. I place the tie flat on the cutting mat. With a rotary cutter, I carefully cut the stripes to create the fringe. I didn't measure the width I guessed. The fringe is about four inches long.

inside the cloud. It was freezing, slippery, and too bright. I could barely move my fingers. I was afraid to move my feet because I was wearing leather sole shoes. I wish i had my mountain climbing shoes and a pair of gloves when I was there. Oh well.

Downtown Phoenix
Editing:
I used the brush tool to lighten up the left side of the building because I didn't like the color balance. I cropped down from the top to make the image wider.
Concentration justification:
I used two point perspective. The man with the top hat emphasizes the shape of the building.
