The quilt top is done! It's pretty large, I wasn't really expecting it to be that big, but I'm looking forward to quilting. I'm working on the back right now.
It's also straight, it's just the perspective of having to stand up high on my couch that has caused the left side to look curved!
So none of my friends offered me a half million to buy one of these beautiful mountain cabins. But I’ve still got my eye on them. I think I need another mountain getaway.

Pela primeira vez foi fácil escolher meu top 12, fui olhando na galeria e salvando meus preferidos, quando percebi jã tinha escolhido 12 certinho. Eu gostei muito das esmaltações do desafio animal, a maioria dos meu preferidos veio de la, apesar de eu gostar bastante de esmalte cremoso a maioria dos meus escolhidos tinha algum brilho, película, nail art. Eu achei que tinha esmaltado pouco mas até que fui bem, foram 110 esmaltações ( talvez um pouco mais, eu posso ter deixado umas 2 ou 3 sem fotograr) e 5 desafios ( 12 meses 12 esmaltes, animal, repeteco, Julho invernal, saldando dívidas), não consegui contar para ter certeza com quantos esmaltes fechei o ano, mas acho que uns 1000, desapeguei de alguns e comprei pouco em 2019. Que em 2020 eu tenha muitas ideias e faça esmaltações bem lindas!
This is a top I made out of my grandma's old nightgown. The soft green colour, flowey material and lovely lace were too much to pass up!
I goofed on figuring the inner part of this top and the 9-patch border, so I had to add the inner pink/purple border to make it all fit and work out. Thanks to my husband who is far better at math problems than I am. These "design opportunities" sometimes end up better than the original idea. So next step is quilting and then binding.
Thanks Melody for doing the quilt along as it made me get going on this and I am so glad tried this quilt.
Top Dog Saloon, Fairborn, Ohio. I'm not sure how they're doing the "indoor smoking" in a no-smoking state. I didn't notice it when I took the photo, but there's a snapshot of a young woman tacked up over the dog's head in the sign.
I loved these top model dolls Mattel released last year, or was it the year before. Anyways, I wish they would add more to this line.
It was heavily modeled after the Kushan multi-gun corvette from Homeworld, and contains some of my first real attempts at greeblies (that would explain their crappiness :) ).
And, yes, I know that the coloring is atrocious. It was unintentional, but this thing stretched my black and grey libraries to their limits.
The supports on the bottom are not landing gear, but are for display purposes.
