Our blueberry bushes are giving us a good crop this year. Right now about 100 berries a day. Loosely rolled mounds of bird netting strewn about the feet of the bushes are, for now, keeping the chipmunks away.

yes. with swedish fish, my knitting project, and impending thunderstorm clouds of doom that eventually ruined a campus barbeque and killed half of the power, trapping someone in a dorm elevator for an hour. it's really a great time here in amherst, i promise.
At one time, I would imagine this Sears location had one of the largest Craftsman tool departments in the area. Even when I took this photo, it seemed a little bit bigger than the Whitehaven and former Hickory Hill Craftsman departments.

Awesome Tool roll collaboration with Lemolo Bags!! These things rule and are super versatile. They are space great for Brooks style saddle loops but will strap on any saddle, handlebars, racks, toptubes, pretty much any where you wanna stick it. And, they come stocked with Full Size tools!! From the tiniest Park allen wrench up to 8mm, 8-11 mm box style Park wrenches, Topeak full sized chain tool, two Tire levers, a green spoke wrench and even that chainring bolt tool no one ever has around! Also has little bungees for keepin a tube of your choice in the roll. I couldn't be more excited on how these came out, Elias at Lemolo is amazing and really nailed this. They are $120 fully loaded with tools and ready to ship.
Tool kit left in the wall of an abandoned office car park, strange as all the tools looked brand new, there was even a set of cutters still in their blister pack.
These are the old farming tools in Kastamonu. There are wheels of cart, wooden plow, ox cart and so. Tools are exhibited in the garden of Vedat Tek Culture Center / Kastamonu.

Here's a spoon that I started making about 2 weeks ago from a fallen beech branch. The wood was dry, and spalted. I roughed it out in an evening in the woods, and have done the rest sporadically in evenings after work, often no more than a few minutes a day.
This is the first time that I have left a spoon with what is called a tooled finish, i.e. unsanded, just with the finish from the carving knives. I'm not very good at that yet, and my knives could really do with being a lot sharper, but the back of the spoon is quite reasonable. I'm learning.
Overall, whilst it could be better in lots of ways, I am happy with this one.
