Were it not that I travel with a small backpack I would have loved to purchase these antique tools in a plastic container at a flea market in Eger, Hungary. The best I could walk away with is a photo. I hope you enjoy it too.

The tool box of a makeup artist has the things you would expect to find but also some highly specialised tools that you would just never know about unless you had the opportunity to look and ask.

My home made track spacing jigs.

glad the hubs has a lot of cool tools... this came in handy today

This wagon accompanies the Wasp personnel carrier. It transports the tools and if necessary a generator set to power Kango hammers, etc. It is in the works for a new deck and general refurbishment.

This is the parts draw of my tool box, and NO that is not a needle

Do not try to dig using this if you have really hard soil or a lot of rocks or roots. It is a container tool mostly, I'd say. But I like it.

This tool wrap was a custom design to the clients requests.

It is to carry ' wood lathe tools'.

A small sample of the type of tools are pictured.

It is made with a 1.5mm 'chrome split', 8 pockets approx. 60mm wide to accomodate any size lathe tool, plus 2 pockets to accomodate some pencils, and some leather cords( just to the left) to tie it altogether after its rolled up.

EdCampWR (Waterloo Region) took place on Saturday, March 31st, 2012 at Ryerson Public School in Cambridge, Ontario.

I’ve tried many techniques and different types of tools, on different mediums while creating. I absolutely love exploring and experimenting when it comes to my creative ways of self-expression. Just recently I fell in love with watercolor. This painting method is diverse, hard to learn and very hard to master, that’s why I love practicing it and crave to get better at it. I just admire the nature of paint to make shapes, forms and tones with just a few touches of a brush, it’s very relaxing and enjoyable. Also, I just had a big co-operative project with my mathematics teacher. The goal of the project was to express the beauty of the infinity concept. I came up with a colorful, expressive sketch which in a week turned into a big graffiti piece in our mathematics classroom. It was a big challenge for me, because I hadn’t had a lot of practice with spray paint before, but I acted on my intuition most of the time. I consider it a success and a big step out of my comfort zone. I’m very grateful for my teacher who gave me this opportunity to express myself and share my creation with class friends, teachers and student generations to come. If I had to name a few artists, whom I look up to, it would be James Arthur, Vince Low, Banksy, MADc, Smug, Nychos, Agnes Cecile, Ester Roi, Ondrash, Joel Robison and Chiara Bautista.

Tag as many tools as you can!

The tools that were needed for this mission impossible. I think the single most important tool was the pink scissors ;p

Once I guided that second washer / spacer and bolt into place and tried to screw in the nut it didn't hold. The space in that beam was to wide and the washer / spacer was just twisting around. So I had to use the pink scissors to kind of jam them in there and hold the washer in place until the nut was close enough and gave the carriage bolt enough pressure so the washer stayed in place. *sigh* what a job!!

A closer look at the cardboard tool holders I made. I really like the channel across the center of the "sharps" holder. Makes it easy to pick up these tools with one hand.
