I was annoyed by the wasted air space under the insert tray of this little 1/4" drive tool set I use. In addition, I wanted to add several bits to the set.

I 3d printed a revised liner, with room for the extra bits I need, plus a small storage area for odds-n-ends. The small tray on the right contains the bits I most often use, and lifts out for full storage area access. (The empty spots are for the additional bits that are on order).

An old outboard motor fuel tank turned into a toolbox. Tank was cut open and the baffle cut out. A block off plate was made to cover the opening for the fuel draw, and a more attractive gas cap was modified to fit.
