♫ I took a pill in Ibiza
To show Avicii I was cool
And when I finally got sober, felt ten years older
But fuck it, it was something to do
I'm living out in LA
I drive a sports car just to prove
I'm a real big baller 'cause I made a million dollars
And I spend it on girls and shoes ♫
Took a back road to nowhere and this I never expected in the location I was in. Early out tomorrow and hope I have a day like my friend Mike Cohen, then all will be good.
Thanks as always for stopping by and is always very much appreciated.
Steichen took over 1,000 exposures of a single white teacup and saucer against a graduated scale of tones from pure white to black velvet. While this redundancy may seem obscure, in A life in Photography, Steichen stated that "the experiment was to a photographer what finger exercises were to a pianist."

HFF! this confused magnolia blossom normally blooms early spring
Loebner magnolia, 'Leonard Messel', sarah p duke gardens, duke university, durham, north carolina
Took this shot from the Whitby Abbey cliffs looking down on Whitby's harbour walls . It was quite bright when I took the image but ominous clouds were rolling in from the North and the rain began about thirty minutes later
THANKS FOR YOUR VISITING BUT CAN I ASK YOU NOT TO FAVE AN IMAGE WITHOUT ALSO MAKING A COMMENT. MANY THANKS KEITH. ANYONE MAKING MULTIPLE FAVES WITHOUT COMMENTS WILL SIMPLY BE BLOCKED
Took a little roadtrip yesterday up to Salem, MA. Came back with a photo of a brick wall. That's so me!
Happy Sliders Sunday!
Took it last week, watching a air Canada's flight landing in the autumn Vancouver. 上個星期拍的,看到飛機降落在秋天的溫哥華,因為長焦的問題,飛機沒有那麼Sharp, 但意境不錯
This photo took a lot of patience, my first photo completely tweaked in Photoshop. Phew... Patience!!
✈️ : Missing Melody
One, two, one, two, three, four
Shed a tear 'cause I'm missin' you
I'm still alright to smile
Girl, I think about you every day now
Was a time when I wasn't sure
But you set my mind at ease
There is no doubt you're in my heart now
Said "woman take it slow, and it'll work itself out fine"
All we need is just a little patience
Said "sugar make it slow and we'll come together fine"
All we need is just a little patience (Patience)
Mm, yeah
I sit here on the stairs
'Cause I'd rather be alone
If I can't have you right now, I'll wait dear
Sometimes I get so tense but I can't speed up the time
But you know love there's one more thing to consider
Said "woman take it slow and things will be just fine"
You and I'll just use a little patience
Said "sugar take the time 'cause the lights are shining bright"
You and I've got what it takes to make it
We won't fake it, I'll never break it
'Cause I can't take it
Little patience, mm yeah, mm yeah
Need a little patience, yeah
Just a little patience, yeah
Some more patience, yeah (I've been walking the streets at night)
Just trying to get it right (A little patience, yeah)
It's hard to see with so many around
You know I don't like being stuck in the crowd (Could use some patience, yeah)
And the streets don't change but maybe the names
I ain't got time for the game 'cause I need you (Gotta have more patience, yeah)
Yeah, yeah, yeah but I need you (All need more patience)
Oh, I need you (All need some patience)
Oh, I need you (Just a little patience)
Ooh this time (Is all you need)
I took this image nearly a month ago, and not posted it, hoping to get a shot of boxing hares. I think my chance has gone for another year, but hey ho, that's fine. it wouldn't be fun if we got every shot every time :o)
Taken not long after dawn,.
Took it at Newport Oregon, the beach have huge sand dunes here, the fog from the pacific ocean really make some different here. 在Newport 的另一邊,拍到巨大的水氣和沙丘,從來沒見過海灘的沙丘如此壯觀
Took this November 2016, very early for our trees to turn colorful.
This is a place I made sure I stopped every Sunday morning back from work.
Took this shot from our Kitchen window with my 80 400 lens.
Been ill these past few days cannot spend enough time in front of the computer....
Happy July first!
Took this one the other morning at the favourite spot Turimetta. The morning started off without a cloud in the sky and but then when the sun rose, they crept in from the west! So I turned around and took some snaps.
Single exposure using a Cokin GND8 and Circ Polarizer.
Thanks for looking!
Took this yesterday late afternoon.. It was so quiet and the water.. most unusually was so still.. the fog had not long lifted.. & mist can still be seen.. on the right edge of Shaldon.. with a wonderfully dramatic looking cloud formation hardly moving.. Go on.. click me.. Please..!!
Have a super time.. thanks to all who comment.. NO multi invites please..
Took this shot yesterday just before dusk at a scenic view point off I-5, near Sweetbrier California. The timing was right for some good light on Mount Shasta, and the interesting clouds sealed the deal, I had to pull in. This is 25- 30 miles away from the mountain.
We took my two cousins for a drive along the Gorges du Verdon yesterday. We stopped earlier in Moustiers for a coffee while a ferocious thunderstorm raged outside. Once it had abated we ran for the car and set off. The rain ceased but the lightning continued. It was spectacular (and a little bit scary). When we came back the same way about two hours later we were greeted by this. Quite the contrast to a few hours previously.
Took it during I visited the sunshine coast last month, this family living by the quiet inlet on a small island. lovely lifestyle I believe. 水邊的人家總是讓人浮想聯翩,有種退隱江湖的感覺,也許這些人家從未涉入江湖
Took a piece of copper wire, rolled then wrapped it, in the twists of the roll you can see the copper crack. 3/4 of inch square frame.
Took Linda out for a romantic candle-lit meal at the Crab & Lobster, we had a beautiful meal, washed down with there finest wine, well Linda did I was driving ;-( then I realised, I left my wallet at home ;-))) so Linda paid for the meal again, and said from now on your wallet travels in
my handbag at all times ;-(
Took a ride the other day folks and found this guy just chillin,' and telling me how hot he was just sitting there, but for me he was so cool.
Thank you all for everything.
Took a day off yesterday folks due to another visit to the E.R. But all proved all very well and there were no issues, so why was I there.
Thanks to everyone for everything.
Came upon this guy after finishing his meal of unknown origin, hoping to get luck next time.
took the picture at Bahama Mama's and then mailed it in the time machine back to vintage me who stuck it in a shoebox until the other day and then had coffee. ugh. my love song to you all. ❤
Took me about two hours of folding and unfolding to get this thing look like a squirrel! Almost drived me nuts! But it was a fun project! 😊
Took this shot earlier this summer while driving around the countryside. Reminders of the old machinery used to work on the farm back in the good old days.
i took a gagillion photos for my duet with aimee. and i couldn't believe it when these three bubbles lined up perfectly and did NOT pop on the grass. wow. it was meant to be for sure!!!!!!!!! ;-)
I got this one here on a midnight dare at a border town
Every time he stuck that needle in my skin, she had to look away
Had him put it right here on my chest, over my heart
That Rose of Jericho looks so good painted underneath her name
It hurt like hell, yeah, but it was worth the pain
When I'm missing her, I take another shot
I know it ain't the cure, but right now, it's all I got
She took most of me, and now all that I have left
Are tattoos to remember, tequila to forget
Just another neon-rollercoaster Friday night
Bartender wiping down that bar while he keeps an eye on me
And I sure hope he ain't about to cut me off
'Cause I'm only one or two away
From getting my head where it needs to be
Took a ride on the south rim road of Canyon de Chelly National Monument on the Navajo Nation in northeast Arizona and ended up with this view of the towering columns know as Spider Rock. Spider Rock is a sandstone spire that rises 750 feet (229 m) from the canyon floor at the junction of Canyon de Chelly and Monument Canyon. According to traditional Navajo beliefs, the taller of the two spires is the home of Spider Grandmother.

I took an afternoon stroll in mid August during a beautiful bout of rather spring like weather, and I walked beneath a bower of pale pink camellia japonica blooms. The way the light fell upon them, shining though their delicate petals, they looked like illuminated Chinese lanterns.
Camellia japonica, known as common camellia, Japanese camellia, Japanese rose or Tsubaki in Japanese, is one of the best known species of the genus Camellia. Sometimes called the rose of winter, it belongs to the family Theaceae. It is the official state flower of Alabama.
Melbourne has experienced a colder and wetter than average winter this year, which will hopefully lead to a beautiful spring showing of flowers and blossoms.
