I thought I might be being watched in the garden but never suspected a nosey tomato 👃🍅 😂
I took this tomato off one of my outdoor plants this morning, first of the crop. Could it be ahead by a nose 😝
Never seen that before !
This year, too, my son gave me some seedlings grown from his tomatoes of the previous summer. And now we can harvest! Tomatoes ripened on the vine are surely the sweetest tomatoes.
This is the second of a series of "studio" shots.

The tomato clownfish (Amphiprion frenatus) is a anemonefish or clownfish, that is found in the waters of the Western Pacific and the South China Sea, from Japan to Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
It is also known as the bridled clownfish, red clownfish, tomato anemonefish and red tomato clown.
The fish is bright orange-red, with a white head bar or vertical stripe just behind the eyes, joined over the head and with a black outline. Females reach a maximum length of 14 cm and are mainly blackish on the sides. Males are considerably smaller and are red overall.
There is a unique closeness between clownfish and their host anemone. The anemone provides a safe haven for the clownfish and in return the clownfish will defend its host by driving off potential predators of the anemone. this is a symbiotic relationship.
They are all born as males and if the female leaves or dies, the largest male would then become the female, and the largest juvenile become to a mature male.
Alle anemoonvisjes worden geboren als man. Alleen de grootste verandert in vrouw. Is het vrouwtje weg of dood dan wordt het dan grootste mannetje vrouw;

This was the first time I'd met a Tomato frog. They're perhaps a little rounder than some of the other frogs. :)
Taken at a photography day with CaptiveLight in Bournemouth.
Patterns in a box of sample tomatoes, displayed at Axia. These are special tomatoes because they are in the process of being genetically modified to be better than the current ones.
Notice the green stems aligning vertically. They really add to the picture :)
