Adding a bit of colour... from my garden

My Photoblog- My Third Eye...!

eigene Ernte aus meinem kleinen Tomatenzelt

I picked the last of the tomatoes this week. It was a bountiful plant and they were delicious!

Technically a 'fruit', eaten as a vegetable.

“Looking Close...on Friday” theme “Black Background”

This is the first of a series of "studio" shots.

I dedicate this picture to our friend

While we're on the subject of food...I use Campari tomatoes sold in a plastic blister pack, a good ripe small winter tomato, great if you can find them.

I've already had a few.

Flickr Lounge weekly theme - mid season

I pilfered these from my friend's garden today. But I feel I'm entitled since I'm cat-sitting for her.

We were gifted a bounty of tomatoes of many sizes and colours. This yellow one with the stem still attached appealed to me. I thought the cherry tomatoes would be a nice touch, but now I think that I would have preferred it without them.

tomatoes addiction... ^_^

For MACRO MONDAYS, this week’s theme: “Drips, drops, and splashes"

The diameter of the cherry tomatoes is less than 3/4”, therefore the photo size is within the group limits.

HMM!!!

♥ Thank you very much for your visits, faves, and kind comments ♥

First time attempting to grow some of my own veggies. I'm delighted when I saw this beauty emerge. How does a tomato even grow, let alone turn from green to yellow? Seems rather miraculous to me. Can't wait to taste it with the purple basil and other herbs!

5 tomatoes in the fridge, perfect evening photo op...especially as the condensation kicked in after a few minutes.

Came across this little fellow making his way across an old mirror in the garage.

I saw this bird in my tomato
