Jonathan Castellanos brilló poco más de seis entradas, limitando a los Pericos de Puebla a una carrera, y Jesús Valdez, junto con Ricardo Serrano fabricaron cuatro carreras, en el triunfo de los Leones de Yucatán por pizarra de 5-1, con esto los peninsulares se mantienen con vida y alargan la serie a cinco juegos.
Yucatán tomó ventaja desde la primera tanda; con par de corredores en los senderos, Jesús Valdez sacó rola a la antesala, para remolcar la carrera de la quiniela, ante la serpentina de Henry García.
En la tercera tanda, de nueva cuenta apareció Jesús Valdez, con un tercio y par de corredores en los senderos, el cuarto tolete peninsular sacó sencillo al izquierdo para impulsar la segunda anotación.
La pizarra se colocó 3-0 en el cuarto rollo, con doblete productor de Corey Wimberley, este batazo marcó la salida de Henry García. En la parte baja se metió a la pizarra, con elevado de sacrificio de Luis Mauricio Suárez, el encargado de anotar la carrera fue César Tapia.
Ricardo Serrano se encargó de amarrar el triunfo melenudo en el octavo acto, con jonrón productor de par de anotaciones, el ex de los Pericos se llevó por delante a Francisco Lugo.
El triunfo se lo llevó Jonathan Castellanos con labor de seis entradas y un tercio, aceptó cuatro hits y una carrera, dio par de pasaportes y ponchó a par de enemigos. La derrota fue para Henry García. El duelo para el quinto juego de la serie será ente Orlando Lara y Yoanner Negrin.
