Heart Health Tips - The temperature is continuously rising in the Northern areas and there has been a red alert in most of the areas. People are suffering a lot due to the rise in temperature. On top of that, it is a lot more difficult for the heart patients to manage in this heat. At this temperature, they suffer from the problems like anxiety, deficiency of sleep and fast heart rate.
I found this Buff Tip moth on the outside of my moth trap when I arrived mid-morning. The thick mist had resulted in a layer of water droplets settling on the moth's head, which gave it this comical look. Website: www.benporterwildlife.co.uk
The sun was back and as there weren't any of the rarer butterflies out yet to my knowledge in areas I can reach easily, I decided to go and look for orange tips again. I saw very large numbers of them, but very few stopped at all and I am delighted to have photographed the two I did.
Apart from orange tips I saw a few peacocks and green-veined whites and a single speckled wood for certain. There were also a lot of unidentified whitish butterflies.

A while back my dresser quits on me. I remember the Lifehacker article on making a bookcase with the drawers.
Since the drawers are the same size, can't quite get the bookcase hack to work. But I could hack an existing bookcase. My mother made one for me when I was a child, not being a carpenter, one shelf was much larger than the others. For the last 15 or so years it's held some books and largish items, but not really useful. This week I added the extra drawers to the case to create an extra shelf.
Leftover drawers were used to make a plant stand. I put them catty corner(?) so that they fit puzzle like. I wouldn't recommend doing that where they stood alone, mine are propped up by wall and the shelf.

Some shameless bit of fly tipping in front of a school where kids walk past. This was happening on a regular basis, where the council would send out trucks to clean up and then a day later someone would come and fly tip yet again.
