The View from the top of the Peak
I went up to Stonewall Peak last night to shoot star trails and Milky Way photography, but the clouds got in the way, so I decided to make the best of it and shoot some timelapse video while I was there.

This is part of a timelapse I did this afternoon with the GoPro Hero 2. Interval timer set to 5 seconds. The camera was attached to the outside of a window using the suction mount.

The Aral Sea was once the fourth largest lake in the world. When the Soviet Union diverted two major rivers to irrigate farmland in the 1960s, the inland sea was cut off from its source. Since then, the Aral Sea has been slowly disappearing. These images from various satellites and collections show how the Aral Sea has changed in recent decades.
Timelapse of the stars, taken September 20-21 2015 (10:09pm - 3:55am). Total of 1,205 photos, each 15 seconds @ ISO 1600 and f/4.
Another attempt at timelapse. It was bright sun light and i have no filters, so i could not lower the shutter speed below 1/650, so i could not use Mr whites advice of a slow shutter . This time I used a rock to steady it but there are still a few wobbles. One photo about every 5 seconds for 10 minuets. I'll keep trying and one day i might get it right.

Tried out the new feature of the 5DS to take timelapse videos in camera. Just set the exposure (hardest part with a sunset as it is fixed), decide how long the time will be as well as the final video and press the shutter...

o objeto ñ é lá dos mais interessantes, é bem monotono aliás, mas o ceu tava sem nuvens e eu sem muita paciencia, então foquei no que balançava mais com o vento.
Eu prometo escolher um objeto mais interessante pro proximo timelapse.
