After receiving some initial training on the time machine, Lady Victoria and Betty Lou started working on getting the machine set up. They were planning only a "short" trip to the future. Partially to get their feet wet and to take a peek at what the world is like.
They checked and re-checked every dial, switch and power coupling, verifying the setting done by the other one until they were satisfied.
RiffRaff:
It's astounding;
Time is fleeting;
Madness takes its toll.
But listen closely...
Magenta:
Not for very much longer.
video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6827163268088648679
RiffRaff:
I've got to keep control.
I remember doing the time-warp
Drinking those moments when
The Blackness would hit me
Magenta:
And the void would be calling...
Transylvanians:
Let's do the time-warp again.
Let's do the time-warp again.
Narrator:
It's just a jump to the left.
All:
And then a step to the right.
Narrator:
Put your hands on your hips.
All:
You bring your knees in tight.
But it's the pelvic thrust
That really drives you insane.
Let's do the time-warp again.
Let's do the time-warp again.
Magenta:
It's so dreamy, oh fantasy free me.
So you can't see me, no, not at all.
In another dimension, with
voyeuristic intention,
Well secluded, I see all.
RiffRaff:
With a bit of a mind flip
Magenta:
You're into the time slip.
RiffRaff:
And nothing can ever be the same.
Magenta:
You're spaced out on sensation.
RiffRaff:
Like you're under sedation.
All:
Let's do the time-warp again.
Let's do the time-warp again.
Columbia:
Well I was walking down the street
just a-having a think
When a snake of a guy gave me an
evil wink.
He shook-a me up, he took me by surprise.
He had a pickup truck, and the
devil's eyes.
He stared at me and I felt a change.
Time meant nothing, never would again.
All:
Let's do the time-warp again.
Let's do the time-warp again.
Narrator:
It's just a jump to the left.
All:
And then a step to the right.
Narrator:
Put your hands on your hips.
All:
You bring your knees in tight.
But it's the pelvic thrust
That really drives you insane.
Let's do the time-warp again.
Let's do the time-warp again.

Our Maker Art class created a Time Machine this year, inviting you to travel through time from the age of dinosaurs to the 50th century.
Our 4th and 5th graders at the Lycée Français designed their own scenes from the past, present or future, and brought them to life with motion, lights and sounds. They also worked in teams to build interactive features like illuminated keypads, spinners and doors, using the popular Arduino platform.
In our after-school classes, we combine art, technology and storytelling to help children create their own magical worlds. They learn to design their ideas, build them with a variety of tools, animate them with electronics and tell their stories. This unique multimedia course helps them develop their creativity, collaboration and problem-solving skills -- and builds their confidence that they can help change the world.
This year, we had a really good group of 9 students, ages 8 to 11 -- many of whom had taken our Maker Art classes before. They were very creative and engaged, and did a great job presenting their work at the Lycée Français -- and at Marinovators at the College of Marin on April 22.
This Maker Art class was taught by Fabrice Florin and Edward Janne at the Lycée Français in Sausalito in winter 2017. We met every week for 12 workshops of 90 minutes each, Thursdays at 3:30pm, from January 5 to March 30, 2017. Our teachers are part of the Tam Makers learning community and we prepared materials for this project in our state-of-the-art makerspace at the nearby Tam High School.

The Pataphysical Time Machine has awakened!
In May 2021, the good doctors at Pataphysical Studios started gathering again in our enchanted art garden, to resume work on our collective art project.
We didn’t waste any time getting the Time Machine up and running again:
• Dr. Fabio brought Dr. Albert Einstein back to life as an illuminated talking head in his Dreamer artwork, along with Greta Thunberg;
• Dr. Geo and David installed a new porthole, whose motorized iris will open and close to reveal these illustrious characters;
• Dr. Rindbrain added a magical spinning hand to our exhibit, while painting new shoes and animals for friends and family;
• Dr. Really set up a sub-anal sound system under our cosmic bench, aptly decorated by Dr. Skidz.
• Dr. Heatshrink put the finishing touches on his illuminated jewelry box;
• Dr. Firebird served us refreshments and prepared to paint her Rosebud panel;
• Dr. Truly came all the way from the far reaches of the North Bay to say hi and hand out lovely patches;
• Many other doctors came to shoot the breeze in the front deck: Drs. Judy, Tout d’Suite and Zboon, to name but a few.
We hope you enjoy these videos and photos of our first time back together in over a year, due to the pandemic. It’s been such a pleasure to reconnect with our old art pals and celebrate the return of the spring together. Let's hope this is only the start of a new Post-Pandemic Age of Enlightenment. Vive la machine à explorer le temps!

On a quiet spring afternoon, a few doctors gathered at Pataphysical Studios to work and play together on sundry art projects.
Here are some of the imaginary solutions we concoted together:
• Dr. Zboon discussed the Time Machine and automatons
• Dr. Canard arranged her watches for the Crazy Clock
• Dr. Really discussed the Dada exhibit and the Owl
• Dr. Figurine made Magic Mushrooms with Dr. Fabio
• Dr. Canard completed her first book of daily poems
Making art with friends seemed to make time slow down for a while.

The Bill Porter Time Machine I haven't been around for a while and am eager to get back. I've been trying to learn more about Photoshop and Lightroom along with the Zone System Plug In. Quite confusing but I'm getting better. Any constructive criticism of my photos will be appreciated.

So I didn't get to go anywhere. :-(
Where would you go, if you had a Time Machine? Past or future?
Me, future, definitely. And not in my lifetime, but some much more distant future.
And this completes the Time Machine series. I'm off to Brač again for a few days. See you next week! Have a great weekend! :-)
(I wonder if the thing is still there after four weeks)

The brakes are integrated into the front fork and all the cables are internally routed. (UCI approved)
The downtube is aero shaped, and the seat tube and seat post have a trip wire which is designed to create turbulence around these edges and help with the overall flow of air around the bike itself.
On the rear, the brake is also integrated, and it works phenomenally. You won't have any issue with choosing a wider rim.
It's an Aerobike, which means aerodynamics are the key feature for it, and it is very stiff. The Aerobike is relatively new in the market, and typically riders experience a bit more road vibration and be a little more harsh. The TMR01 is fast, but it doesn't beat the rider up.
A Road Bike 4U has a tester for this bike, so go down to see them today on Hill Ave. and Main St. in Irvine.
They've got a great selection of bikes to choose from, a stellar service department, and plenty of nice people to help you with anything you need.
