16 years ago, in April of 2000, one of my then (volontarily, he was not employed to do so) supervising professors, professor Inanaga, took me to the hospital of Dr. Takemoto in Ibusuki City in Miyazaki Prefecture in the South of Kyushu. These are photos of Professor Inanaga, Dr. Takemoto, myself and I think, Dr. Takemoto's wife.
(Dr. Takemoto happens to have a similar surname to that which I now have but his name was written with different ideograms, for bamboo and origin rather than warrior origin. )
I remain eternally grateful to Professor Inanaga, Dr. Takemoto, and the lady in two of the photos, who I think is Dr. Takemoto's wife.
Dr. Takemoto's hospital is one of the few places in the world where alcoholism is successfully treated using therapy: Naikan introversion therapy.
