Amman's Roman Theater is a 6,000-seat, 2nd-century Roman theatre. It dates back to the Roman period when the city was known as Philadelphia. The theatre was built during the reign of Antonius Pius (138-161 CE). Built into the hillside, it was oriented north to keep the sun off the spectators. From Wikipedia

The Pix Movie Theater in Waukesha, Wisconsin was built in 1939 on the site of the old Gaspar Building, which had housed the Empire Theater since 1906. The Pix Theatre officially opened in 1940 and operated until the 1980s.
It's interesting to see how historic buildings like this have been repurposed over time. The Pix Theatre is now home to the Waukesha Civic Theatre. - (Copilot)
I should mention that a Les Paul electric guitar is on display in the old ticket booth. Waukesha is the birth place and original home of Les Paul.
The Folsom Local makes its way out of Roseville with UP 1004 on point. This GP60 still wears its Cotton Belt paint and makes for a familiar scene in Roseville as it passes the Tower Theater.
The Great Theater of Ephesus is one of the largest and most impressive theaters of the ancient world. It was started to be built in the Hellenistic period in the 3rd century BC, expanded during the reign of Roman Emperor Claudius and completed in 117 AD during the reign of Emperor Trajan.
